    Eventhough the house in summerlin is the smallest in three of them, i would still choose the summerlin one for its cooler summer.

      I'd probably go with the house in Summerlin too. I think that park is going to be great when finished so the size of the backyard won't be as much of an issue with such great access to a nice park.

    Great video. Was the last home built by Tri Pointe at Arroyo's Edge? I just purchased a home this year in the same community but I am sad I do not have a fireplace or swimming pool. Looking forward to the next video and keep up the good work.
