Rachel worked hard to be worthy of her inheritance. She was top 2 in her studies, think about everything at stake and a badass. Tan kind of guy needs weak woman to feel validated.
In this drama many people fell for kim ji won and kim woo bin even though they aren't the lead character but still they ruled the show and heart of every viewer that's what the best actor do whatever the character is they will rule it.
I liked her character so much. She wasn't that type of girl who acts good but have bad intentions. If she has bad intentions towards someone or when she doesn't like someone she shows it without hiding. She's not that rich brat or the rich good girl. She was yoo rahel. She dislikes, bulies. But she loves, cares too. You can see that rich aura in her. That's why i love her..

Rachel Yoo is the only reason I've watched The Heirs. She's like Blair Waldorf. Definitely a badass queen. Knows what she wants and fights for it, not some damsel who has a halo of FL and loved by everybody. I love Park Shinhye but I didn't really like Eunsang as a character, she was bland, insipid and so tedious as she cried every episode. I vastly prefer her other works like #Alive, You're Beautiful, Heartstrings, Pinocchio or Doctors etc. At least Rachel doesn't need anyone to defend herself -- she can do it just fine. And honestly Tan was technically cheating on Rachel (who was his legal fiancee) so... yeah she might have been mean to Eunsang but it wasn't completely unjustified. I'm not tolerating bullying though, but just trying to provide an explanation for her behavior.

Well, she couldn't really break the engagement, because it was their families that set it up, but also she really liked Tan. Its very hard to attack someone you like, even if they are hurting you (which he did, ALOT). I think he seemed like the only thing in her life that was actually something she wanted. She lost her dad who loved her to divorce and had to deal with getting Youngdo's dad instead (a HORRIFYING trade), a new brother who also didn't want a new mom or sister, and the intense pressure of being the heir to her mom's business (again, whether she wanted it or not). It makes sense to me that she would attack Eunsong to try to protect the one thing she was sure she wanted.
Tan could have been polite with but always blame her for engagement...he never agreed to the fact that she was also young when they got engaged..... students also bullied her a lot
