    yes, i sew with faux leather a lot! she can be a fussy type of thing to work with. she can be tamed in the sewing process by putting scotch tape under your presser foot to make the sewing easier.

    I loved the finished look of the clear vinyl overlay. A previous bag I made with iron-on vinyl looked crinkly and cheap.

    I was surprised that you didn't talk about the sewable leather straps ❤. They are a game changer!!! I have had them previously made at our local leather shop but I prefer Natalie's best!     My favorite sew-ists in one place! Imagine my surprise when I hear Natalie say she would sew the Chickadee in vinyl - as I'm currently sewing my first Chickadee in Natalie's faux leather vinyl! Love this duo!!!

    Really enjoyed the show. I am very interested in trying to sew with vinyl. I also want to try cork. I watch you ladies all the time. I have been sewing for over 50 years and I am learning so much from you both. Your RUclips channels are a great resource. I love making bags and quilting.
