Air BnBs are incredibly disgusting.
Always disappointed when I book one, so I just quit and now only book 4-5 star hotels.

I hear you, but you would be surprised the filth even in 5 star hotels. When I was in Afghanistan had a soldier tell me some stories about when him and his dad used to demo and remodel hotels how bad they where. Peel back that wallpaper and you would be amazed at what you find.

We had a pool growing up and my dad, who used to work for a chemical company, would not let us go in until he put his chemicals in and tested it. If I don't smell chlorine at a pool, I don't go in.

I've took the plunge in many hot tubs some with groups of hot tubbers,& so far never had a bad reaction, either lucky or those tubs were cleaned/sanitized often? dunno? but Your advice really hit me on the noggin'..thanx for info.I'll now check with owners just to see when cleaned last!..I salute U2 as usual!
