AAC Block Manufacturing Process:
1. Row material
- Thermal Fly Ash Powder
- Lime Powder
- Cement
- POP Gypsum
- Aluminium Powder
- Soluble Oil

2. Batching Panel
- In a primary mixer or Slurry Pump, they can add Thermal Fly Ash and mix along with water to Slurry. normally it will take 2 to 3 hours to slurry which is then transfer to the secondary mixer for mixing other materials.
3 Demoulding
- On Demoulding Station they will park mould to the station and remove locks from all side and then cack will demolish from the mould with the help of demolishing machine. once demolishing done cack will release from the mould and then they will cut top and bottom. once it has done the cack allow to go cutting station.
4. Vertical Cutting

1. No Dampness
Clay bricks absorb the water but AAC block has 80% air and 20% solid material. no capillary action. Blocks do not absorb water, hence no dampness to the wall.
2. Termite Proof
AAC blocks are anti-termite and pest resistance because of the material used.
3. Sound Insulation
AAC Blocks falls in STC-44(Sound transmission class) which makes it a good sound barrier.
4. Protect from Earthquake
Safety of building in earthquake increase, as AAC blocks are 3 times lighter than the clay bricks. the lightweight building is always safer than heavy building during an earthquake.
5. Fire Resistant
AAC blocks falling into fire rating of 4 hours which makes it good fire resistance wall material.
