I love the way the horse moves around. It reminds me of the time I showed my farmer dad the "horse loose in the hospital" bit. His face was blank the entire time and after I asked him what he thought of it. He responded with "I don't know. I wasn't really listening because I couldn't stop thinking about how a horse wouldn't be able to walk on the hospital floor without sliding around everywhere because their hooves have no traction."

Interesting. There's actually mini-ponies and even full-sized horses used as therapy animals in hospitals; maybe they use special shoes?
@@BigGrabowski There are in fact rubber-shoes for horses for when they need protection from hard surfaces, and also serve to provide traction on slippery surfaces. I know this because my sister rode horses from like, age seven or so.

Yeah the thing I miss the most is their old thumbnail format. A picture of the game’s character, and a funny title. Y’know, so I can decide if I’m interested in the video before clicking on it?
I don’t know. I understand the need to make titles that will catch the eye of the average person, but can we at least get the name of the series in the title? It’s like trying to keep up with a show on netflix, but you’re not allowed to know the name of any of the shows until you click on each one individually at random.
I understand the algorithm stuff. I really do. But I think Arin underestimates the damage alienating your original fans will have on your long-term success. I stick around for Arin and Danny. But each year the format annoys me more and more, and I come back less and less. It’s also strange to see two guys in their 30’s and 40’s pushing out more content designed to attract young viewers each year. That’s the gaming demographic, I get that. But I feel like Game Grumps is more than successful enough to not have to worry about that. They’re treating it like a business that has to keep growing, instead of giving people the best product possible (And let’s be real, Arin and Danny are already multi-multi millionaire’s at this point) It annoys me that I have to waste my time as a decade-long fan so they can make even more money. There, I said it.
Still love these two, but just getting some of that off my chest.
when Dan said “horses, commonly known for their adeptness at opening locked doors” I lost it, b/c despite his sarcasm, there are horses out there who are extremely good at opening doors, so they have to have extra locks put on their stall doors so they don’t eat all the food/break out other horses 😂

INCORRECT! MGS5 the first REAL mission as snek YOU ARE ON A fookn horse mate. YOU get a Horse battle buddy as well as a wolf dog named Diamond and a HAWT ass sniper plant like girl. She breathes through her skin, that's why she's nude all the time clothes literally suffocate her.
(This is my perspective from ACTAULLY playing TPP and Ground Zeros little boi. GET ur popcorn and drink or smoke and sit tight, it's a long invested one.)
Tell me what is the name of the wolf dog companion you get, HUH? I'M waiting! What is the name of the girl, the one that Dances in The Rain, the one Dancing With Tears in Her Eyes. Have you even at all delved into the story, kiddo? Nothing grinds my gears than someone joking about things they do not even understand. My joking above done, and faded, I'm now left with heartache. I pity the ignorant, and revere the intelligent, as of such one Hideo Kojima-San. "There's no horses in MGS" Look at this BOZO. "I was joking" then let me laugh even harder at you, not with you, at you. I bet you think there's no ZOMBIE virus and actual in game sequence that MAKES you execute your men. TESTING your very resolve to save or damn them, playing with your emotions on trying to save them. I have seen the best and the worst and you are no different, MGS5 TPP or even Ground Zeros GZ especially will test you like anyone, and you will come out a blob for Paz. My sweet Paz. There is a part in GZ where you listen to tapes of her being tortured and R word. THE R word in TEN full explicit minutes in FULL excruciating detail. There are a lot of these kinds of tapes and you actually get to rescue and extract prisoners and Paz from lockup under Skull Face's orders and plans. HE USES Chico to get to Paz even makes him participate in his "sessions" with Paz and some strong Male Officer on her switch out with Chico so he can "have a taste." THIS shite fucked me up. I remember waking up two months ago in cold sweat and sobbing for no real reason. I caught myself in a drunk daze screaming after Paz in this state. THIS game's story caused actual PTSD in me, and the associated mental and physiological reactions attributed. (Insert scene of Omni-Man and his son. Beaten, broken, bleeding out in the dirt and dead fucking wrong.)

The fact that this game is using Ed,Edd, n Eddy sound effects is giving me nostalgia and joy.
It's funny to see the evolution of Arin's relationship with "Let's go". Abhoring it, to using it mockingly, to using it ironically. He's a hop, skip and a jump away from wholely embracing it.

this game’s vibe gives me such a very specific nostalgic feeling. very ps1 platformer. something like rugrats games or croc. it’s nice.
Getting a horse to bring you a grenade isn't so crazy. In World War 2 the Polish Military had a bear that was their mascot for their platoon and when they got deployed to Italy they only took soldiers. They made the bear a soldier and he could carry 4 boxes of artillery shells while it normally took 2 people to carry 1. After the war ended the bear was donated to a Zoo in Scotland and the men who served with it went to see it often and it would get pumped to see them.
You know, I never knew you could destroy hospital property to consume random pills and get healed. I'm gonna have to try that and if anyone asks, I know to also pass on the information that I learned it from Denny and Arnold! 👍
