I pray this person answers why he/she asked such a question. As a Tanzanian I would never ask anybody such a question. It defeats what we stand for.

My memories of Far es Salaam are pre 1960 before l left for England. Don't recognise much of today's Dar ..but l had happy memories of growing up .
