How do you unlock the extreme battle mode on the psp of Residenr Evil 2 ?

Unfortunately, the Extreme Battle Mode was not included in the Standard Version (Unlicensed Version) of Resident Evil 2 on the Sony PlayStation Portable.
You can only unlock the Extreme Battle Mode in the Dual Shock Version of Resident Evil 2 on the Sony PlayStation.
As far as I know, the Extreme Battle Mode in Resident Evil 2 is also included on the Windows 9x Version, Sega Dreamcast Version, and Nintendo GameCube Version.
Anyways, if you are playing these versions, complete both of either character's (Leon Scott Kennedy and Claire Redfield) scenarios with an A rank to unlock the Extreme Battle Mode.

Well, if they have the Dual Shock Version of Resident Evil 2 on PlayStation Network (PSN) then the Extreme Battle Mode should be included.
I unlocked it by playing Claire scenario a and Leon scenario b through on normal mode..the rank is not relevant I guess😆 at the end it was unlocked by saving a New game. I am olayın the dual shock Version from the psn store downloaded on the PS3

Chris Redfield is only playable in the Extreme Battle minigame in Resident Evil 2: Dual Shock Version.
Extreme Battle is a Resident Evil 2 minigame that was introduced in the late 1998 DualShock re-release. It subsequently appeared on all other versions of the game with the exception of the Nintendo 64 port. In the console versions, Extreme Battle is unlocked by beating the A and B Scenarios on Normal, while on the PC versions it is available from the start.
In the beginning only Leon Scott Kennedy and Claire Redfield are available. Ada Wong is unlocked after finishing Level 1, and Chris is unlocked after finishing Level 2. Each character sports a different armament, but otherwise plays the same.

Not much is known about Chris Redfield's early life, except that he and Claire Redfield had lost their parents at some point before 1998, having only each other as family. As an adult, Chris joined the United States Air Force, where he received flight training for both planes and helicopters. He served in a unit alongside Barry Burton, whom he befriended. Chris held strong convictions that often put him at odds with his senior officers, and he either resigned in protest or was discharged for insubordination. During this period Chris also trained with a variety of weapons, including knives, and was known for his skills in hand-to-hand combat and marksmanship, which he won a contest for.
After leaving the United States Air Force, Chris was scouted in 1996 by the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.), a special law enforcement unit in Raccoon City. He accepted the invitation and was appointed point man for Alpha Team, where his flexible talent for precise handling of multiple firearm types earned him distinction as the unit's top marksman. His shooting skills also had Chris participating in the Raccoon Police Department's intramural shooting competitions, for which he won at least one trophy. Together with Barry, Chris solved a number of difficult cases; though he often acted on his own initiative, his methods were often successful and as a result faced little to no consequences for his actions.

"Tomb Raider", "Tomb Raider II", "Silent Hill" and "Silent Hill 2" are already included on my "Longplays to do" list but it will take some time because I'm doing a lot of Longplays of different video games at the moment and many of them are work in progress.
I'm currently busy with Resident Evil Outbreak (Sony PlayStation 2). When it's done, I will be busy with Dino Crisis (Sony PlayStation), Metal Gear Solid (Sony PlayStation), Devil May Cry (Sony PlayStation 2), Viewtiful Joe (Sony PlayStation 2), Silent Hill (Sony PlayStation), Resident Evil 4 (Nintendo GameCube), Dino Crisis 2 (Sony PlayStation), ObScure (Sony PlayStation 2) and Virtua Cop (Sega Saturn).
When it's all done, I will create a Poll again about "Which Longplay shall I do next?" and add more different video games (which were requested by my Subscribers) back into that Poll. I will let the voting and decision to my Subscribers again. 😊👍🏻
I always hated this scenario (Ex battle) to be honest.
It's long, boring, gives no reward (not even ranking).
And this guy skips all the monsters without firing literally a single bullet. Outstanding skill however but these videos are a sleeping pill.
The 4th survivor (the Hunk mission) is much more entertaining, challenging and gratifying to complete.
