Have you heard a song in 3 languages? Well, here it is!
I've cut some parts from the original to leave more space for the second half, which is Boris Pasternak's poem "February". He was a Russian poet and just a cool guy, you know)) This is the extended version of what Regina sings in the song. The whole thing kinda captures the mood of late February in this place, which is something akin to a depressive, maniacal heartache and anxious longing for spring.
Hope I was able to express a bit of that))
This cover is the 2nd part of my "27 covers" series, which I initially planned to do before my birthday, but I f'd up my deadlines, and you don't know when my B'day is anyway. In this series, I perform songs that I like in a really stripped down setting - just me and my acoustic guitar.
The goal of this is to learn to perform better in front of a camera, fight fear and improve my skills for live performances.
