QGIS Tutorial: Performing First Neighbor Layer Addition and Audit in QGIS

Here are the steps required to add the first neighbor layer:
1- Adding Site Information(Points) - Vector Geometry
2- Create Sector Pattern (Using Shape Tools Plugin)
3- Add Centroids (Using Centroid in Toolbox)
4- Create Voronoi Polygons (Using Voronoi in ToolBox)
5- Create Buffer Area(ISD) - Reproject from Degree to Meter
6- Clip (Using Clip in toolbox)
7- Join by attribute Location

You’re very welcome; yes i believe it is doable through QGIS but i didn’t try it before. I will let you know if i figured it out. For other methods yes it can be done through vendor related planning tooks such as UNet(genexcloud) huawei or Atoll

thanks for useful session but for number 5 when i try to Create Buffer Area(ISD) and during reproject step from degree to meter, the target CRS not available to select (ESPG:3857), how i can solve it ?

Yes it should be possible if the dump have the coordinates, azimuth

Hi, yes i believe it is very possible and also it can be automated through python
