Awesome finishes Shelia!! Can’t wait to see the finished ornaments. Thx for the laughs EJ. Here’s to your Quakers finish!! Oh, it was ONLY 21 degrees this morning in NW Indiana!! It is bbbbrrrrr cold!!!
It was great seeing all of your wips and finishes. Shelia, I hope you can show your finished ornaments next week. EJ, I'm so excited to see your focus pieces for next year. I'm still dreaming on about Stitchtopia and would sure prefer to be in Florida in the winter than here. It is very cold here and we had almost a foot of snow last weekend and I'm tired of cleaning off my car every time that I need to go out. I hope you both have a wonderful week and Happy Stitching!
I think Stitchtopia needs a buzzer system…if anything goes wrong in your abode, you press the button and a handy person appears with all the answers to the challenge at hand. I hope we get to see your fully finished ornaments Shelia. Flossmas has indeed arrived…hooray! 🦉🎅🏼🎄🧑🏼🎄
Loved watching the cat follow the pointer you were using. Joyful! Loved the gorgeous colors of the start Zig, beautiful fabric. The glass slipper EJ started is so pretty, love it.
I always do the same thing as EJ with the floss that comes on the cards in the kits. I always move them over to floss away bags though just because I rip those cards.
Hello, Ladies! Thank you for another fun video! It’s always a pleasure to sit with you and stitch and laugh. Shelia your finishes are gorgeous and you’ve inspired me to try an Ink Circles pattern. EJ, Girl! That shoe! That is going to be beautiful when you’re finished! I’ll be keeping my eye on that. And good for you on your Quaker piece. The color on your last motif is soooo pretty! And lastly, just a note about coffee vs tea caffeine levels…Coffee has more caffeine than black tea. A standard 8oz cup of black tea has 45-50 milligrams of caffeine and coffee has 90-110.
I am loving ❤❤❤❤ kitty flosstube! Keep it coming. Great finishes Shelia and my brain is boggled by EJ’s planning abilities. Loved your flosstube as usual - a highlight of my week. Best, Steph from northern England 😊😊
I fully agree with the Stitching Owl!!!! Shelia, your finishes are amazing!!! E.J. cannot wait to see your one dozen quaker finished!!!! Looks so beautiful!!!!!!
I’m donating the property for the winter Stitchtopia village. The caravan to Ohio would be epic with the stops to the needle shops and restaurants. Do it in December so you can see the winter wonderland decorations along the way.
Another fun episode with kitty cam!! You have to admit, he is the star of the show!! EJ, your plans are crazy, I could never keep up with that! You both had such nice stitching to show, and EJ, it is going to be a celebration to see you finish One Dozen Quakers! I think your monthly section idea works great on such a large project! I am looking forward to seeing your 2025 Put A Bird On It start! Sheila, Zig is just beautiful, the colors!!! Also, loved your finish of Seaside piece, and very clever changes to the design you made to personalize it. All around great video ladies!
Thank you so much! JoeRobinette is infatuated with EJ and the pointer. I am amazed with how much time he is spending with us. Thank you for watching and subscribing to our videos. We truly appreciate you.
Thanks for sharing your finishes, progress and plans. Started my Evertote Holiday Countdown today, and trying to finish two of my year-long SALs, the last part of each released today, and hope to finish one of the class projects for the Jingle Ball this week. Still need to decide on my colors for the Put a Bird on it SAL. Happy stitching!
I am feeling very stressed this week. The daily Coundown, my WPGO, and the finishing that I have to complete while meeting other commitments. YIKES!!! Hang in there. We will get through.
He is so wonderful that I don't want to curtail his behaviors, except when he walks on my kitchen counters...in front of my face or I see potential danger.
Yum!!! Chai tea latte...my favorite! Thanks for the Peacock suggestion, EJ! I'll have to check out The Jackal! OOOOhhhh! I love that fabric you used on Something Blue is GORGEOUS!!! Shelia, are all your cats male? I have one female and one male currently, but my Hubert passed a few years back. I have to admit I'm drawn to the males. They have such nice big chins and are very affectionate! I can see why your one male likes EJ so much! Well, I've caught up on my temperature chart as of yesterday while watching your video, so THANK YOU ladies! I can definitely say that that WIP will be my first finish of the new year on January 1st!
Go Chiefs!! It’s hard to be a Chiefs fan this year - on the blood pressure! 😂 But we were fans back when we’d only win 2 games in a season. Just hoping they don’t lose on Christmas Day again like they did last year! A real downer on Christmas.
Can I come to the warm stitchtopia? I’m just south of Buffalo and it is 28f right now with 2 feet of snow. Thank you so much for doing your floss tube. I enjoy seeing what y’all are working on.
I’m so excited for the next SAL to start…I’ve had the chart since you announced it, but I need to pick out fabric and floss (from stash). I’ll add another layer on the temperature discussion. I agree there is a difference between 68 outside and 68 inside. BUT also, there is a difference between 68 in the spring and 68 in the fall. As a Jeep owner, my year revolves around the time I can have the a soft top on (and then off) the Jeep. After getting through the winter (in VA), 68 is plenty warm to start having windows down and tops off. BUT, when the summer cools off and we get “down” to 68 degrees, Imma need the hard top back on and the heat running!!!😂😂
Or when switching locations we cold have travel buses and stop at a stitching retreat in the middle of the travel miles. That way EVERYONE ( north to south and south to north ) travelers would be together twice a year.
Ladies….❤❤❤your video! Stitchtopia must have plenty of comfortable sitting areas…(for elderly stitchers like me!). I also would ❤to join you and Kandy for Garden of Zig (love Ink Circles)? Sheila your finishes so beautiful!! Will you and EJ choose a Blessing Sampler for 2025? Put a Bird on It…yes! I am all kitted up! HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY IN 2024!!
Thanks for a fun filled Sunday morning! ❤
EJ so exciting, you're close to finishing One Dozen Quakers! Shelia, lovely finishes; looking forward to seeing them framed!
Awesome finishes Shelia!! Can’t wait to see the finished ornaments. Thx for the laughs EJ. Here’s to your Quakers finish!! Oh, it was ONLY 21 degrees this morning in NW Indiana!! It is bbbbrrrrr cold!!!
Beautiful finishes Shelia. Love your Quaker EJ. I really enjoyed that Joe Robenette made his own cat cam lol
Nice start EJ!
EJ, your giggles made me smile so much!
Thanks for sharing ladies! So many fun wips! Count down to put a bird on it! 🤗
Nice start Shelia!
Nice WIPs ladies!
I'm not sure what is more precious JoeRobinette or EJ's reactions to him 😊. Beautiful finishes Shelia, so clever.
Love you gals, as always! 🎉❤
Beautiful finishes Shelia!
I am so happy with how those turned out.
It was great seeing all of your wips and finishes. Shelia, I hope you can show your finished ornaments next week. EJ, I'm so excited to see your focus pieces for next year. I forgot and mailed two of them already! I will try to remember to take pics before I mail the rest off.
I love that you’re both adhering to the “never move a cat” rule😂. The show must go on! Have a happy week you two❤
In stitchtopia we need a big museum to expose all the beautiful crossstitch. And no stitch police😂.
For your Village, don’t forget a cleaning service once a week. We need that to give us extra time to stitch.
Ooh! Maybe we can build it into an HOA fee!
I'm so here for Shelia's NFL breakdowns! She's the Mina Kimes of flosstube. ;)
Yea all the finishes!!! Lovely job on all the starts also. Your really coming along on your WIP'S too. Happy stitching you two.
Thank you!

JoeRobinette planted himself and was definitely engaged. I didn't notice how engaged until I watched the video. Cat ears!!
I always do the same thing as EJ with the floss that comes on the cards in the kits. I always move them over to floss away bags though just because I rip those cards.

It all depends on JoeRobinette and his level of interest on any Saturday. He sometimes sleeps through our session. EJ's planning is intricate.
I fully agree with the Stitching Owl!!!! Shelia, your finishes are amazing!!! E.J. cannot wait to see your one dozen quaker finished!!!! Looks so beautiful!!!!!!
Thank you!
I am about to start that big ass bird.😂
Good luck! I just couldn't do it.
I’m donating the property for the winter Stitchtopia village. The caravan to Ohio would be epic with the stops to the needle shops and restaurants. Do it in December so you can see the winter wonderland decorations along the way.
Hooray! We have land! The caravan will be so much fun.

I love, just love the way you just let the kitty be a kitty. And Sheea i loved your facial expressions too ❤😂
He is so wonderful that I don't want to curtail his behaviors, except when he walks on my kitchen counters...in front of my face or I see potential danger.
I thought I was the only one who pinched into the ingredient list on cans at the supermarket
Oh no! Lots of people do. We gather in the aisles and read together.
Hubby had to come listen to you talk about the Chiefs :D He has been a huge fan since he was young. He even has a Chiefs tattoo lol.
I hope he agreed with me. This year has been challenging.
@@SunshineStitchers he did. They’ve not played like they normally do this year. Something just seems like it’s not gelling.
Yum!!! Chai tea latte...my favorite! Thanks for the Peacock suggestion, EJ! I'll have to check out The Jackal! OOOOhhhh! I love that fabric you used on Something Blue is GORGEOUS!!! I have 2 males, JoeRobinette and LeBronJames who is 14. Devi, my tripod, is the female. She and JoeRobinette are 4.
It was -4F or -20C and snowing where I live today
I can't even....

It was such a downer. This year, it would really be a bummer.
Can I come to the warm stitchtopia? I’m just south of Buffalo and it is 28f right now with 2 feet of snow. Thank you so much for doing your floss tube. I enjoy seeing what y’all are working on.
Yes you can! I truly don't envy your current weather conditions. Stay warm and safe.
I’m so excited for the next SAL to start…I’ve had the chart since you announced it, but I need to pick out fabric and floss (from stash).

I think the sun makes all the difference. I really like Jeeps, but rode in one in Mass during the winter and decided they weren't for me.

Pretty cool. I like the idea.

Welcome aboard, Karen! How much fun! I don't do Blessing Samplers, not sure about EJ and will ask. Hooray for joining in on Bird A Bird On It.
I’m an esthetician!
What about a white Sulky thread for Something Blue, Shelia? The one strand of Sulky would be comparable to two of dmc.
That is a great idea. I do have white Sulky. I think the weights are similar, the Sulky and the DMC Perle.
Village aka stitching commune
E.J. I have 4 little grey kittens that were born in my garage about six weeks ago, you could give you one.
I could give you one.
Unfortunately, EJ lives in a home with an elderly dog. I don't think her family members are cat people.
Hey ladies, i think you forgot something, there was 4 Temperature Butterfly and no drinks. 🍾🍷🥂🍾 Bottoms up ladies 🎉😂
Oh my! We certainly did!! We will have to make up for it this week. Thank you.
❤❤😂😂😊😊
Thank you lady’s!
P.s. who got the business in that football game, the coach was fired the next day. He should have called a time out and didn’t. 🙃
Yep! He should have stepped in.
I’m so glad I don’t work in an environment where my mistake ( albeit a bad one) gets me fired.❤️
