She's been taking lessons. Compared to her renditions of a year ago her voice is fuller. And she's not just singing the song like she did a year ago. Dancing Queen is a song about a young girl enjoying herself on the dance floor, enjoying the attention she is receiving. That is coming over in this rendition, how a young girl's feels knowing that she is the dancing queen. It will be interesting to see how this young woman develops as a singer. Right now it looks promising.

this is no surprise this time. You already had given a hint last week through your short "Behind the Scenes Video", only I had assumed that you would release "Dancing queen" last week. So you misled me, but it was worth it, because "Here without you" was overwhelmingly good, I don't think I've ever praised you so much for any other song (except maybe "Thank you for the music" and .... and ...).
But back to "Dancing queen", ABBA's only #1 hit in the US and one of their most successful songs ever. The song is an absolute icon. It was performed in 1976 at the Stockholm Opera House on the occasion of the wedding of Swedish King Carl-Gustav to German Silvia Sommerlath, effectively as a song for the new queen. Since that time (so for 47 years) it is one of my absolute favorite songs.
And now you sing the version that will accompany me from now on for the rest of my life. You have already sung "Dancing queen" twice - once with Giulia and the other time as a duo with your "blonde sister" 😉. But this version is the crowning glory 👑 (not of the Swedish queen, but yours, dear Beatrice 👸🏻)because your new version is world class and of course the beautiful enchantress 🪄has conjured up a new "Beatrice Florea Original". Perfect vocal harmonies, nice dance moves, beautiful outfits, everything fits together. Wonderful! ❤❤❤

de data asta nu e o surpriză. Ai dat deja un indiciu săptămâna trecută prin scurtul tău "Behind the Scenes Video", doar că eu am presupus că vei lansa "Dancing queen" săptămâna trecută. Așa că m-ai indus în eroare, dar a meritat, pentru că "Here without you" a fost copleșitor de bun, nu cred că te-am mai lăudat atât de mult pentru vreo altă melodie (poate cu excepția "Thank you for the music" și .... și ...).
Dar să revenim la "Dancing queen", singurul hit al ABBA pe locul 1 în SUA și unul dintre cele mai de succes cântece ale lor. Cântecul este o icoană absolută. A fost interpretat în 1976 la Opera din Stockholm cu ocazia nunții regelui suedez Carl-Gustav cu germanca Silvia Sommerlath, efectiv ca un cântec pentru noua regină. De atunci (deci de 47 de ani) este unul dintre cântecele mele preferate în mod absolut.
