Is this amount of traffic flow for Shanghai, normal? It reminds me of years past of the low volume of traffic of a newly opened highway of the 1970s here in the USA. Or is the low volume of traffic caused by the Corolavirus epidemic?
You can see from the video of the past month that CONVID19 has made the vehicles in Shanghai almost disappear. The situation has improved in the past few days, and everyone has started to return to work. At present, it is about 50% restored.
