After a blip in the weather preventing the pond getting fibreglassed and a rant about it. I restructured the roof so it was more sturdy and then provide updates at different stages.
Great to see the pond is now fibreglassed and a good result for you and Matt. If the weather holds for you, which I think it will, you can get the fish in before the water gets too cold. Let’s hope you don’t have any more set backs, stay safe and well 👍🏻
Just one observation soneone may be able to answer for me .. around the returns there seems to be 2 layers of flow coat one jet black and one greyish .. why? Im no fibreglasser do im curious is it camera trickery ? Only time ive seen flow black flowcoat look grey was on lees pond extension where it didnt have enough hardener? And hadnt set properly .. Maybe someone who knows more about it can answer my question?
Ponds looking stunning now im jealous lol, matts done an awesome job well worth paying for fibreglassing if people's finances allow it to those considering a pond build, definitely not something we would attempt to do ourselves either.
Like your style Krafty, don;t know the in's and out's of it all but shit happens and life's full of mis-communication and mis-understandings ...life's also too bloody short so it's always cracking to see people sorting it out (moreso if there are alpha males involved!). Be well mate... full steam ahead
