Yes, because a lot of smart cities/cbd's are currently under construction not to mention the smart cities under reclamation in Manila bay. Currently, ASEANA city, Filinvest Alabang, Arcovia south etc.are on the process of becoming a bustling cbd's within their respective lgu jurisdiction
