Same happened to me the event will probably be over before they decide to deal with it. Its a big mistake and they seem to be taking their sweet ass time fixing it. Each day they take is one less day of re sending those gifts. I was 4th in raking before the reset in generosity points. Now im not even in the top 50.
I got the flag in the fifth box today. So I think it's possible for everyone. But I don't really like lowering the level. Buffs not working might be good, but Sebastian doesn't work either. An they're worse things, e.g. Satoris fox fire marks. If both sides have this flag, they cancel each other out.

I'm so frustrated that I'm tempted to spend all my Winterfest coins on the War Flag gifts and send them to myself. If you know the probability of getting the War Flag of Frost, please let me know.

Hi! Watch out when there are fireworks, that's when the flag clicking on the top, the upper part of the flag will bring up the hidden "Y" (The one who started the fireworks displays his coat of arms, shield)
did only i got the new flag on first gift i recieved?^^ augustus gift is imo way to "strong" if you get the ticketcompared to getting 3k skinstones for 20k bubbles (which is basically nearly the same value as normal on skinstone 1,44 Emeralds = 4320 Value vs 20k Coins (where 50k coins costs 10k emeralds so 20k Coins value 4k so 4320 vs 4000 you "save" only 320 Emeralds and you get maybe stones you dont need at this moment.
repeat your statment after a month when all will use new war flag. because this war flag counter more than 40 heroes in game. Im 100% sure on what i say

I agree with getting the new war flag, but repeatedly getting 50 golden thread for 12,000 baubles/coins is brutal.

i got 3 moves for Mysterious Island,by opening 1.I got it 2 times so 6 extra moves are worth it,imo : )
i've gotten 50 threads twice, and 1 explorer glass twice. I did get the new flag eventually, but man those 'misses' are stupid for 12k.
That's why I disagree, the new flag isn't worth it.

My guildmate Hercules burned 1.1M emeralds than reset comes, i had more 200 unopened gift boxes
