If there are seven of you, you could do a seven man 'Middle' ball scramble, where it's the fourth best ball (or fourth worst) that you all shoot from. This may be tricky to work out, but I don't think it would be too troublesome, and it also means that the putt counts as in if four out of the seven of you get it in.
