This is such a a lovely home. You did a great job. I love that you label the rooms. The ONLY change I see is to bedroom #1, you have created two accent walls when it would be better with just the one.
Very nice! Split level homes offer a lot of room without being too big. I’d switch the laundry area and the powder room and make the bedrooms and garage bigger!

I do like the layout. I'd teplace all that white tile flooring with something more interesting. Solid surface countertops in kitchen. Replace the paneling with drywall, and cut down on brick in primary living room. Replace fireplace with entertainment center in 2nd LR. Mostly esthetic changes overall
Very nice design with 2 living areas. The kitchen seems a bit tight as I did not see a dish washer or microwave. Otherwise, I really like that there is one very attractive dining area with all the windows. Maybe increase the overall size slightly to allow a larger shower in the master bath and increase bedroom size for ease of walking around furniture. The overall layout is very attractive and functional.
The second living area would be the Dining Room, I would add a dishwasher and an Island to the kitchen. I would also eliminate the extra steps and make a one level flooring downstairs. Beautiful wallpaper choices.

The profusion of white tile gives a cold, antiseptic feeling, and grouted tile for kitchen counters is a cleaning and sanitation nightmare. I'd replace the second fireplace with an entertainment center for the TV. I'm not fond of split level houses because they're unfriendly to older and handicapped folks, but this one has the necessities.
The room concept is not bad, but the white tiles and the brick look of the walls are a horror, the colors in general do not harmonize, the house looks old-fashioned.
Where to start: The floor and stair coverings are a slipping hazard for anyone m not just the elderly. The wallpaper has to go too……pick any room to start and go. The kitchen counter is a No! Trying to wash between meals would be aggravating; the grout is unsanitary and when you see a chip, you’re looking at replacing not just a couple of pieces but a good square foot(at least)and sweet Goddess, the wallpaper throughout the house should be stripped off the walls; I’d prefer white walls I can paint later. The “camera work” on this project is so slow - the camera person walks like a robot(or an 18 wheeler doing a wide right turn” starting the visit at eye level, then you’re on the ceiling hanging down like Spider-Man.
Maybe you don't understand that this is a computer generated image. There may or may not be an actual house that is built with this floor plan. It may or may not have the same furniture, floors, or wall features. It's just to give you an idea of what the house could look like.
