"Tela" means "Strings" in Albanian. When they say "M'ke prek n'tela", it means "You have touched my strings" (because in Albanian, the heart is perceived as a musical instrument, a guitar for instance, and they say, you are making my heart sound like a guitar by touching its "tela".
