Welcome to my new video, I have shown in this video how to fix Error rpcs3 booting failed no bootable content was found and the selected file or folder is invalid or corrupted.

you guys used the wrong .ird file on the patcher, I had that issue and got the correct one from rpcs3 wiki and it worked.

If you ar having problems with Isotools maybe is because you have mounted the iso
eject the iso then patch and use isotools, works for me i was having problems

Thanks. Was getting the same invalid or corrupt errors and all the games didn't work. After patching and decrypting then extracting the new ISO they all play perfectly in RPCS3.

@@samuraigaming3042 Watch the video. It's all explained there. Basiclly patch the downloaded ISO game file with the correct IRD file using the PS3 ISO Patcher utility. Then use the 3k3y ISO tool utility to decrypt the new patched ISO. Finally extract the newly decrypted .dec (ISO) and then play in RPCS3.

Make sure before you do the patcher part you eject the disk from the computer

If this still doesn't work for you, just be aware there can be more than one IRD file for your game. You may just have the wrong one for the version you have. Look again.

I downloaded the ps3 game files onto my pc, and then I tried to add the ps3 game files and press the boot up button on the rspc3 emulator.

You should say in the title it is only for ISO files so people is not wasting their time
not working on some games unfortunately......Batman Arkham city has issues....try again with a pkg file instead of iso / patcher
Right click mount iso, once mounted go to the emulator, add games and choose the DVD drive, which was the one you mounted

@@MajidP833 change your keywords and instal antivirus, i recomend Malwarebytes to delete trojans. if you have any credit card change keyword too and control all your money. if you can delete all virus you need to "formatear" the hardrive

Dkey is for encryption of iso but you have to decrypt your iso and your ird file number and game serial number should be same while patching iso with the patcher.

No need to do this simply open iso with window explorer and copy files and paste in new folder and open rpcs3 and enjoy

When I used iso tools, the file extension for the file when finished decrypting is ".enc"
Instead of ".dec".

use vulkan in rpcs3 and update drivers for your gpu.
