In this video I play Frappe V4 on Roblox. I go to the Roblox Cafe, attending the Frappe training to become a Junior Barista. I pass the test, being promoted to a Barista. I get to serve customers at the Cafe. I experience many funny moments with other people.

These cafes are acting so “professional” even though they are either 6 or 10 year olds, or are 15 year olds who instead of studying for a test, spend their entire day giving people their virtual coffee. You get demoted for improper grammar. They act like it is school. It is weird. I get it’s role-playing, but they are acting like it is a real life job. And I work at many of these cafes and saying this myself. Cafes take it way to seriously.
I understand your view. I play historical roleplay games for example, and out of all subjects you'd think grammatical accuracy is a requirement for something like that, but it really isn't. Of course you have your standards but we don't get demoted of our ranks for misspelling a word!
Though that might have something to do with the formality of the organization and community as a whole and that a lot of us know better lol.
I agree. The only difference is that I work for Koala Cafe and they say that they do NOT care about your grammar. Such a relief.
But now, they removed using grammar. You can either use grammar or not and players dream came true for Frappé.
HA you think cafe's are hard? Try out the army, demoted for moving out of place even a cm I swear, and dont make no big mistake, talk about a blacklist!
I once saw a employee get a warning because of improper grammar, I got scared and now I’m a head fryer in Chicken Shack.
Used to "work" at several of these, first Koala Cafe then Pastriez, and more games that weren't cafe-related. Gotta say it's not a fun experience when the staff constantly corrects you for forgetting to add a single full-stop at the end of every sentence or getting kicked and even banned for using caps.
The HR's take their "jobs" way too seriously and it gets on my nerves, it's a damn lego game, not a real job. Overall these games are just a waste of time to play and to "work" at, I feel sorry for the people who actually play these types of games daily.
Bloxton hotel is a good example for the grammar thing.
I work at coast, they don’t take Grammer that seriously. Only use it for greetings.
i used to work at KC, ive quit multiple times and i must say it is boring, especially when youre the highest lowest rank (Senior Int.) There isn’t much you can do. When people are trolling / being disrespectful, you can’t do much besides use the dumb mod panel. And their rules are WAY too strict.
The thing is when you get frustrated with them for the constant badgering they demote you 😂 that’s happend to me a few times

This is why I work at Coast. They don’t take grammar too seriously, and the trainers at the training sessions aren’t so focused on every detail.

Venti is actually pretty good. It isnt very strict and training session is pretty easy and very fast, grammar is recommended ONLY and very fun, but in the case of MR and HR, they mostly only choose rich ppl, also they are very lazy. U need to talk to em MULTIPLE times and sometimes, they still dont care.

I can assure you that if these Cafes' weren't so damn serious, they would have a way more active and higher player count than most games. It's no wonder that when a new Café game comes out on Roblox, it immediately blows up with a count of like 1k players, simmers down to just under 200, then it officially goes dead within a week+, never to be played again.
I get that it's an RP (Roleplay) but RPs are supposed to be enjoyable...fun, not stressful. They want you to use grammar, but yet half of them can't even decipher the god damn difference between "YOUR", and "YOU'RE." That just irks me...
Plus they don't even inform or give the players a run through on where the supplies are located, then when the order takes too long to be fulfilled, you're seen as lacking and incompetent. Then some bum would go report you to a supervisor for not getting the order fast enough. I'm speaking for the Café "workers" who had to put up with this BS, because I too "worked" at a Cafe once, and some mf told me to "Hurry Up." Long story short, I got banned as soon as I got off of Roblox lmfao.

Can confirm, I went to my first training at one of these cafe games and when it came time to do the orders, I wasn't fast enough getting to the machines so people were blocking, pushing and shoving me out of the way, so I couldn't click on any of the things and ended up failing because I not only didn't know where anything was, I was also getting shoved around to the point where I couldn't make my orders in time. I think I cried when I left that game, but now I realize I likely would've been miserable in such a high-stress environment. My condolences to you and any other trainee/worker who's gotten too overwhelmed to play at any point. And anyone planning on trying these cafe "jobs" out, it's just my opinion but I don't think its worth it. 😥

Nah, this is Frappe. I'd know because I used to work there as a barista. Trust me, it was hell. You could get punished for even the slightest grammatical error and all the staff are actually either 6 year olds or 15 year olds who should be studying for a test but rather giving people virtual drinks.
