I love the ideas you have for God Jul throughout the year. I did something similar 2-3 years ago in a challenge to finish a book and each month I did colors that corresponded - mardi gras purples, greens golds, valentines pinks & reds.. etc. It was a lifesaver not feeling as if i was doing the same thing all the time in a season.
Hi Erica beautiful colouring in.. I want to see wicked I’ll Waite till it comes out.. the movie I’m obsessed with is Twisters 🌪️.. thank you for sharing ❤❤❤😊😊😊xxx
The colors in this page are beautiful. I love how the icicles are turning out. I’m excited about Fantasy Forest and Dragon Spell. I’m also excited about Kerby’s Dark Fairy Tales book and the Lulu Mayo book that is coming out later this year. I wanted to get God Jul, but it is sold out 😢. It is absolutely gorgeous. I hope to get Sagen by Maria Trolle. My daughter and I went to see Wicked, and we really enjoyed it.
I love the earlier mythographic books but can’t bring myself to purchase them with the hidden objects. But that’s ok they have a ton without so that works for me. As always love your wips and chats.
Stickles are awesome! My favorites are the diamond Stickles and the other white ones like Icicle because they match any color. I also have the Stickles glitter gels and they're fun also. They have confetti pieces in them in the shapes of stars, moons, etc.
Hey Erica, try searching moody winter color pallette, it may give you what you want, i put moody in front of whatever im searching for and i havnt been disappointed. I love your page, and i love your color and chats, you are so relatable! Xoxo❤
In January a new Denyse Klette book is coming out with a cool theme; Goblins. Kanoko segura is releasing a new book in February and the Dutch edition of Sägen by Maria Trolle too. 🩷
Cant wait to see what you come up with❤❤ I have an inspiration for your May page, look at birthstones maybe😊 Beautiful book, i hope they print more of them
I always feel like my fav colors are magic. Purple, Pink, Aqua, yellow ochre, diazinon purple. My absolute favorite is the new Inktense Malibu. My fav colors remind me of fairy dust
Thank you for sharing these pages! I received my copy of Frozen Fantasies earlier this week. I’m currently working on whiting out those hidden objects on a few pages, I can’t wait to get started! I’m very excited for your Mythographic year!
Shelly from Shel's Colouring Journey covers up the hidden objects with Windsor and Newton white ink. She applies it with a paint brush and lets it dry and then applies a second coat. That covers it fairly well and in my opinion it's easier to color over the white ink than it is to color over paint pen. She has a video where she shows how she does it, so you can watch that if you'd like. Just thought this might help! I despise those pesky hidden objects lol!
@@silvers_ink Thanks for letting me know. I have seen Shelly use that, but I don’t have ink yet, so trying to find what works best for me ☺️ Thanks for watching!
@Elmcolors You're welcome!😊 I bought some and it's not expensive. I really want to try the Windsor and Newton gold ink too! It looks really pretty! But it's probably easier to just use my Pentel Sparkle Pop gold gel pen. But yea, I understand that you have to find what works best for you and your preferences. If you figure out any other ways to cover up the hidden objects I'd love to hear about it! I'm always looking for better ways to do it!
I've yet to find anything that covers the hidden objects to my satisfaction. I've tried paint, inks, pens, brushes, even white out.. and it's just a mess, it's more obvious than leaving them alone. I just recently picked up the newish Sharpie "acrylic" markers.. I just need to get around to trying them to cover something.. I'd rather have the object than the mess so I'm always gunshy about ruining a page, I was going to print something off to test on but my printer decided not to work after the last windows update and I haven't had time to figure out what the problem is. I did use them for snow to cover white lines and they lay down very smooth, not as opaque as I would have liked, I wound up going over it with posca because in that application I needed bright white... but they just melted into the paper instead of sitting on top even with multiple layers so they may work better under pencil. Honestly the best thing I've ever seen is to black out the entire affected portions of the page with black paint.. you do lose a lot of the drawing, and in some there are objects right smack in the middle of the main subject.. but I saw someone doing it in Animals and they were left with just the animal and some of the foliage.. and it did look great in the end. Might be able to get away with other acrylic colors if you did a layer of white first and then the color.
Erica you remind me of Kori. Do you include audiobooks in your reading list? Are y are you a nerd like me and love the smell of a paper book so you read paper books along with Kindle’s or do you strictly read Kindles?
@@carynaozuna2570 I will take that for the compliment it is ☺️ While I do love the smell of a bookshop, I like to read on my phone mostly. I do also listen to audio books occasionally, but they have to be a specific kind.
Just starting to watch the video but wanted to ask where you get your inspiration pictures from? Do you just google and look for them or are they from a collection? Thanks 😊
@@josephvalentino1664 There are too many that I love to pick a favorite!! I’d say my top four would be Magical Earth, Odyssey, Aviary, and Fairy Wonderland.
@@carynaozuna2570 That is so scary. Thankfully my kiddo comes to me with anything and everything that happens at school. While she is not one of the “popular” kids, no one is mean to her. She also told me multiple times that she feels enough love and comfort at home and with family that she doesn’t really care what anyone else thinks. She’s definitely her own person. Lol

They replaced our windows in summer I didn’t like that either because it was 110. Also it’s very dusty in the Plains. I was dusting for a week.
