Good stuff. I like the hinged table and how you gave credit to the person you got it from. Your video has a very down to earth feel to it, I like it. I always give a thumbs up for folks that get their kids involved with the work as well. Being a good parent is more than just providing the best essentials to live. And when I see folks going above the minimum, I want to make sure they get credit for doing so. GOOD JOB 👏🏻

Thank you very much for your comments, much appreciated. It is only fair to give other youtubers credit when I have gain knowledge from their videos. Without their time and effort making videos and posting them, I would not have learned how to do things. I appreciate their time.

That rolling stand could be used for a lot of other things (like a work bench). It is a good idea that I got from those other youtubers.

Thanks Matty. This is a good design if you have heavy items that you need to move often like benches and machinery.

Good video. I like the dual threaded "G" clamps. Great idea. I had to make a new Acme thread nut for the vise screw and made it wider underneath to reduce slop, but your idea is better. I may go that way one day. The table is also a great improvement over the "accident waiting to happen" OEM offering. Cheers Rob

Thanks Rob. Yes, those OEM stands are known for doing wheelies and flipping backwards. Even just adding some wheels or legs further back makes a huge difference to the stability.

Your hinged wheels are a great idea and well executed.
Looking forward to a closer look at your enormous double screw G (?) clamps

That trolley/ stand design is fantastic! It now has me re thinking most of the benches , cabinets and lathe stands I have and how I can make them better . The storage under the saw is something I never thought about and just copied the OEM stand but made it out of angle iron - works great but there is dead space under the saw that I could use as material storage , time for a re think there too !
Thanks for the ripper video mate !

I used a small filing cabinet, with wheels as a base. Round here they are $10 a drawer second hand.
