I was diagnosed at U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor MI in 2013 inflammation of the Airways to the point of necessary stinting. Inflammation of the outer ear flaring about one year before never to repeat. Asthma like symptom's on a daily bases to present. last immune suppression therapy was Methotrexate which I stopped about eight months ago do to concerns of Covid against my Rheumatologist recommendation's. Anyway my question is always how do I know if my daily airway inflammations for which I suffer debleating disability is an RP flare or a symptom of damage all ready done? I have had no change in daily symptom's since stopping suppression treatments.
