86A & 86B NC contact used in series in closing ckt. During electrical fault, 86 A & 86 B doesn't allow the CB to close. Antipumping is used in case of TNC stuck & Mechanical problem in CB.

How does the 94 relay drop out after the fault condition has cleared so that you can close the breaker?
94 relay will drop out, once TNC switch is back to N (Neutral) position according to this circuit. There will be no coil supply.
