can we change the burr set? beacuse its ceramic and it will probably decrease in sharpness soon. on the other hand, if we can change it with a metal set, this grinder would be a great monster :)

@@mauriciopalermo Yes. I have to turn a few points to make it thick enough for my machine, even espresso, so for sure you can make it even thinner. It has a lot of points.
@@mauricioreginato no it isnt only for filtered. You must be confusing it with a very similar one. I can even take an espresso and upload a video to show.
Helpful video, but it does not show how to adjust the grinding size for different kids of coffee making.
there is a rounded piece in the middle so u can easily adjust.
How long did you let the water and coffee sit in the French Press, looks like not more a couple of minutes...

No, do not expect to grind coffee very thin as Espresso requires in this grinder. This is for filtered coffee only. Believe me.
