She looks fantastic, but with so many 100 cost units rolling in, including Sylvie a few weeks ago, S Helena this week, UR Shadowlynx later this month, Waterpunchgirlie, Earthgunguy, Sephiroth, Amnelis, and now multiple 100 fire cost units coming, per Gummi on the livestream last night, Addison is still a question mark-- I'm really questioning on what I want to go for. Seph seems like a safer bet elemental wise, considering GL has had Ibara for awhile, Esther, and tons of Clouds & Lightnings running around...
In my estimation, assuming that Gumi starts moving to almost exclusively Job VC's for all upcoming GLEX units, we'll probably be looking more and more at job and ability based meta's forming maybe 2-3 months post anniversary, maybe even sooner. Either way, Seph is safe just because he is dark, and Dark and Light kind of have their own thing going on being outside of the elemental wheel for the most part. This is always the time of year they like to inundate us with these limited units, so just need to brace for impact - lol.
@@JB79 is she also a tank or no? I really loved her limit burst as well it gave me a feel of something old school I can't put my finger on. It reminds me of something from my past. Her meteor is fucking dope.
@@Topher_1986 nope - definitely not a tank, she’s a glass cannon against anything other than magic and missile damage. She does have courage and an auto heal back though to help keep her alive
Thanks for a great content! In the next 3-4 month for f2p or budget spender, I think there have to pick one between either dark, water or fire to invest. Shadowlyn is one of the key I think. So for me, I will wait until then.
Her "select 3" AoE skill is amazing that it will attack enemies in all directions. So if you have someone in front of her and someone behind her, no problem. It will also solve the AI issue in some instances where a normal AoE won't be used because of a teammate in the middle. Unfortunately she's a bit too fragile to be walking into the middle of a fight. Her skills at least on paper seem like they were designed so that you don't need to run a tank, yet she does not heal... JP players have been running her with mostly support cards.
I always look to counter meta picks. Fire evade will be a HUGE bandwagon team with Yuffie and her ability to block guaranteed hits. My only reservation on this unit is her bad accuracy. Even when building all out for it, she can't be counted on. Her uniqueness can not be understated tho. She looks extremely fun with courage and 2 healback effects.
402% is pretty damn solid, there are some other things I could've done to the build to get it up another 10-15% as well, plus the external acc buff I mentioned. I don't think ACC is a huge issue for her, she's no Glaci though.

Quick question…😅 on your visual of the build with Amnelis with “402” accuracy, what would the number on the equipment screen be if you were looking at the ACC stat upon equipping or removing a piece of equipment that has ACC value? Would it show as 102 ACC? Or 202 ACC? Or neither? Haha… Basically asking how you arrive at the 402 number.
The number I use is the actual hit rate % derived from the formula - accounting for not only raw ACC, but also DEX and LCK totals from the final build. To get the actual chance to hit, you would then subtract the evade % of the target, top tier evade units are generally in the 300-325% range prebuff, so thats why I always say my general bar I'm trying to reach in an ACC build is usually around 400% total or higher. they just shove 2 cost 100 on the same week. 🙂 i was planned to skip Nurugea but then his Dream upgrade is pretty decent and it put me on the edge closer to my Wallet. i may just pull for Character and not caring too much about Reincarnate, really don't want to miss the character.

The offensive cast times are easily reduced, as mentioned she can get down to 2 tick casting relatively easily. I'm not a fan of cast times on buffs either, to get the magic shield right will take tweaking.

Yeah, I think you really want a healer with her to make sure she has courage online as much as possible.

I don't like her cast times on offense moves and her buff the aoe magic shield .
If all her stuff was instant cast then I would pull
