I love that ending - the idea of freezing a flower to make a weapon really encapsulates Cirno's character. If her definition of "strength" is "taking something weak and making it more than what it was," then, in a way, having risen from a minor boss to one of the franchise's most beloved characters and even becoming playable, she really is pretty strong, isn't she?
