Hi Kylia! For caffeine, why don’t you try matcha? It gives you sustainable energy and has many health benefits when drinking it! And you will be able to sleep at night unlike coffee which will make you stay up at night.
I’m not a big fan of the taste without a bunch of sugar added and I’m trying to stay away from that. I don’t drink caffeine often so the pill is better cost investment for me
