Hey this is great thank you. The only thing is when I go to my iCloud there is the old restore contacts options dating back a month. How do I delete those?

Thanks, very clear. How do I remove many, many (like 1000) copies of untitled group under LISTS > iphone? I patiently removed them all and they came BACK!!!
