Also check your air blend door actuator that is inside. A little harder to see but if you look on botton right side there is a hole and if you shine a light you can see it turn. If that is not working it will throw a code and shut your Ac off.

Andy Arakelian I forgot to mention the person that is stepping on the brake must hold it down they cannot pump it just holding them work from front of the truck to the rear of the truck and you should be able to find the leak from previous experience once you find one leak and you repair it another small one is going to show up it's just that we have so many leaks but there are some minor so when we cover of one of them the air had to go out somewhere so other leaks come out do to the pressures
Andy Arakelian You should be OK you can get a service a little bit later just keep one thing in mind the air system was first introduced to deal with airbrakes and the number one out of service for a DOT is brakes I live in Texas in the DFW area and they are tough out here but depending ohw your dot is it's how long you want to wait until you're a repair but don't wait too long because by the time you repair that you might have other leaks to repair awesome keep me posted thank you

we have a truck parked at our yard. international dt 466e. trying to get it started. parked for 8 months. On the right-hand side in the inside of your cab there's a big cover that says international you have fuses there reset all the ones on the ones that have a reset button at the top
One more question my truck. Is 2004 international 4300. I am going to do a oil change. Is the oil cap in this type of truck where the oil dipstick is . do i fill up the oil. From there???
J R Yes from there thats where you will the oil up and remember to fill yoir oil filter at least half of it up before you put the oil filter back up and lube up the oil ring in the filter

There’s one for the blender door that moves from hot to cold, there’s one that moves the from dash remove the actuators inspect the tips and where they insert into the system make sure they are not broken that’s the only thing that I could think also remove the actuators and see if they move when you switch them from vent to dash and if they don’t then check for voltage and the harness to make sure they are getting voltage to command the actuator.
As soon as the truck gets hot the radio , back up camera and alarm and the car charger outlet stop working it seems too me that it's an electrical issue but I don't kno for sure

Andy Arakelian Actually you do have a small air leak the Welches this out needs to have two people involve so easy that it could be even a girl I can help you turn on the truck fill up the tanks to 121 both tanks then kill the truck have that one person step on the break and hold it down while you get under the truck and began to search for Air leaks Usually is brake chambers or Release valves
Andy Arakelian Also you can grab a container with soap and water spray bottle actually and spray around the air governor on the air compressor not the AC one but the one for brake service if you governors going out are usually start leaking air that's where I will start at keep me updated

Have you try to wiggle the harness to see if you Get any kind of voltage because if not probably gonna have to check the wires under the cab or go as far as checking the computer for the module to make sure that everything is clean and it is close Because if not you’re gonna have to go into the body module end it gets really really crappy

Nariman Badirov Sure it has to with your blower and sometimes its called the squirrel cage Thats on the right side of the passenger but i would check for cut wires or blown fuses before replacing it
I’m having the same issue, was running yesterday then just cut off. But I feel a little cold air coming through vents still. I look where the fuses are and saw a wire split in 2 and 2 of the black fuses felt hot. Could that be my problem?

Possible you might be low in freon or your high and low side sensors on your freon lines are worn out or sensors have intermittent issues. Have you pulled codes on yet

Really, the only thing that should be in your car’s AC system is refrigerant and oil. To keep these things inside and others - such as air, moisture and dirt - out, the pipes, hoses and seals are specially designed to maintain a tight seal. The problem of car AC lines freezing up is caused by moisture that has been introduced into the system. At the expansion valve or fixed orifice tube, depending on the system, liquid refrigerant instantly expands into a gas, forcing the temperature to drop. Moisture in the system can freeze at that point, blocking refrigerant flow through the valve, and you’ll notice you have warm air coming out of the vents. As the valve warms up again, the ice melts and refrigerant flows, so you’ll get cool air again, but the cycle will continue.

Inspect all relays in the fuse and relay holder in your hood

When A/C light comes on your compressor is taking a caution by shutting down the compressor
First test out the low and high pressure switch with a multimeter
Second make sure you have correct amount of freon if you have low it will set it off or if you over charge it it will also set that light

Atlantic Transportation I saw another video something about turning the expansion valve that would not fix the problem. If it is a leak how do I go about fixing that can I just buy one of those refrigerant refills that has stop leak in it
I also tried to add AC refill the can had a little bit left over but when I tried to connect it it didn't stay on and sprays out green

Use the dye freon to trace the leak and on your system we have a orfice tube not expansion valve

Buy the kit with flash light and glasses at Oreillys and the orfice tube also at Oreillys International charges a arm and leg

Possible you might be low in freon or your high and low side sensors on your freon lines are worn out or sensors have intermittent issues. Have you pulled codes on yet

Really, the only thing that should be in your car’s AC system is refrigerant and oil. To keep these things inside and others - such as air, moisture and dirt - out, the pipes, hoses and seals are specially designed to maintain a tight seal. The problem of car AC lines freezing up is caused by moisture that has been introduced into the system. At the expansion valve or fixed orifice tube, depending on the system, liquid refrigerant instantly expands into a gas, forcing the temperature to drop. Moisture in the system can freeze at that point, blocking refrigerant flow through the valve, and you’ll notice you have warm air coming out of the vents. As the valve warms up again, the ice melts and refrigerant flows, so you’ll get cool air again, but the cycle will continue.
