Minh Audio in Vietnam is selling many counterfeit speakers of JBL and KENRICK SOUND genuine products. Those are not speakers provided from our company, KENRICK SOUND. Also the stands and including KENRICK Logo badges are totally fake / imitation. I got started Kenrick Sound 14 years ago and all of speakers we provided have been finished by my hands in final process. Therefore I know immediately if they are real or not by watching their look or serial numbers at least. We never ever made such products and logo emblems that Minh Audio is selling. We don't care who sells KRS second hands speakers at all BUT the products Minh Audio sells are totally fake / imitations.

We old people, 61 years, know exactly how JBL studio monitors are supposed to look. But anybody that thinks these are real, deserves to buy them. You can't fix stupid.
I traveled fairly extensively in Vietnam. One thing nice about it is the level of audio shops around is absolutely staggering compared to USA, where there's almost no hifi or stereo shops anymore. Every town seemingly has at least 2-3 hifi shops on main streets, and their technicians are actually quite skilled, too. For something negative though, fakes, dishonesty, and scams are fairly rampant there in all facets of life. I took my girlfriend to visit a dentist and talked a bit with him, and he pulled a wisdom tooth for a local a couple days before, and he took a picture we took together and claimed he pulled my wisdom tooth on his Facebook as an advertisement when that didn't happen at all. It's sad it's happening to you with your brand but I don't think you have much recourse beyond making a video like this. On the plus side, one of the few things I liked in Vietnam was that audio still is a huge hobby there compared to a dying one, so I think we're going to see some cool audio stuff coming out of Vietnam in the coming years.

Hey guys @Kendrick sound . Great products. If they are claiming your products , can you sue them for copyright ? Fake or not . I'm sure they are not giving the "Kendrick sound" any type of dollars towards the actual Kendrick sound .

初めて見た時かなり違和感を感じましたが、中国向けに派手目の仕上げで販売されたのかと思ってました。
ケーブルは頻繁にコピー商品を見かけますが、スピーカーとは大胆ですな。
To be honest, Kenrick Sound's products are not well known in China; While making counterfeits are still big part of someone's business in China, but the Chinese markets are shifting more to their own brands these days. It's a transition that's going to take generations.

I saw the video of Minh audio about this problem. The speakers had Kenrick sound's logo so he thought that it was from you. His Japanese supplier also told him those speakers from Kenrick. But after this video, he contacted his supplier in Japan and this time they said the speakers had been inspired by Kenrick sound's style, not modified by Kenrick. I think he could be a victim and he was scammed.
We would like to know that supplier in Japan. Could you tell us who it is?
Ha, that 4350 with double horn and 2405 is completely wrong, I wonder what they did to the crossovers to make it even work, 2 horns, 2 tweeters in parallel? :)))))

I'm from Malaysia and I sometimes watch both Kenrick & Minh audio channels, it would be interesting to see subtitles & explanation of why they're fake, because the whole Minh channel is insane high end speakers like Wilson Audio, Focal Utopia, B&W Diamond, Tannoy Westminster, are they all fake as well? If this is true this is the most dramatic scandal ever in the boring frumpy hifi world 😁!!
And Minh audio is not the only channel, there are so many crazy hifi speaker channels in Vietnam....

We only mentioned about all the speakers that they mimic KENRICK SOUND are fake.
Well if they are selling so called "Kenrick Sound" products on their Minh Audio website and marketing them as such with logos etc. they are fake bootleg ones, because only Kenrick Sound makes these custom JBL speakers themself and no one else makes the KRS products, or did you think those speakers just appeared out of nowhere on the Minh Audio store if Kenrick Sound didn't manufacture or make them in the first place?
Now ask yourself if they're willing to intentionally make and sell fraudelent fake products of someone else's brand like Kenrick Sound, there's no guarantee that the other speakers they sell aren't fake bootleg ones as well, it's more likely that a business that already fakes part of it's products isn't doing the same thing to other expensive brands speakers they're selling as well. Making bootleg fake products isn't anything new in the world of audio and it's used to be common to see some random chinese shops for example on AliExpress selling fake In-ear earphones and other headphones and audio equipment, sometimes the fakes are really convincing and very detailed in it's look and build to the original.
For example the Japanese Audio-Technica CKR9 earphones (especially CKR9-LTD red colour ones) was faked in large numbers in the past, it looked the same (aluminium build etc.) and the package was even very similar, but the drivers inside was of low quality and the sound quality was horrible compared to the original, also many loose Sony MH755 In-earbuds sold today still are fake ones, if you want genuine ones buy a Sony SBH24 bluetooth receiver from any reputable store and it will have the MH755 buds bundled with it. Though I think Kenrick Sound should report this store through the web and get them at least to remove your brand named products, if they don't respond then report the whole store for being a scamming business.

Honestly Wilson or B&W will THEMSELVES be calling up this "bootleg" factory in asia & hiring them if they can achieve this level of finish 😂!

For your information most of these shops in Vietnam are selling used hifi equipment that they have imported from Japan after sourcing them from HardOff / Yahoo Auctions .

I have been aware of all these Vietnam channels for a long time & I want to find the truth beneath all this superficial BS, it would be very entertaining if all these most expensive $100K speakers in the world are fake 😁.
And KRS still has not explained how to spot a fake KRS product 😁!
@@penangtv6108 Now I don't mean they are making those other brand speakers they sell fake or not 100% from scratch, but instead from old used speakers and then refitting them with components either high quality or low quality ones and restoring them to look like new. I've watched a few of their videos and the fit and finish of most of those speakers aren't anything special that couldn't be achieved without just some restoration. Though it's possible that all the other brand speakers they sell are actually real legit ones but just used and refinished.
If you look at the video on their channel about these "KRS" speakers posted 1 month ago, you can see that the fit and finish quality of those "Kenrick Sound" speakers looks different and it's not that high quality compared to the speakers you see normally in this channel. It's pretty clear that those two speakers on the video are not real KRS products, but just restored JBL speakers with a Kenrick Sound logo sticker added to them, also I'm sure that Kenji and the people at KRS can tell their own made products apart from some another restored JBL speakers.
Looking at their other speakers they sell it's possible they are all real ones but just used and refinished, also I didn't mean just because one HiFi shop in Vietnam sells a few fake bootleg products that all other shops in Vietnam sells fake products as well.

Mình phải xấu hổ xác nhận rằng việc này là có thật, thằng Minh audio này (địa chỉ tại Quảng Ninh,Việt Nam ) là chuyên gia bán hàng JBL giả. Nó còn mạ vàng để gọi đó là hàng Limited nhằm dadnh lừa người dùng. Đây tâdt cả đều là hàng giả được đặt làm tại Trung Quốc. Người yêu nhạc VN biết rõ thế nào là 1 bộ loa của Kenrick và giá trị của nó rất cao đi kèm chất lượng tuyệt vời.
