Hi, can you think about having moderators for your live chat? It takes 2 seconds to do this. There are specific people in your chats that spam hate and others find it hard to interact with other fans there. It wouldn't effect your views by getting rid of a few spammers. I tune into every live and it's just annoying. If anything, it makes people leave instead. I am a mod for other channels on youtube, so I wouldn't mind monitoring your chat for you while I watch the lives. This does not give me authority over your channel in any way, just the ability to remove spammers. A safe chat can bring in more viewers than you'd think.
