I said on your last video that the right people in the right places are watching and they know where to put their equipment to see it shine . Job well done Kayla . Be safe out and God bless
You two work so hard . Massey Ferguson can be well pleased the way you show case their new kitt. I hope they appreciate your efforts. God bless you both.
@@ChroniclesofKaylado you have single pretty white girls like you over there? I'm willing to move all the way from Paris France to be with a beautiful white American woman like you. I'm into marriage, building a family no games. But I do not know if I'm safe over there. If you know what I mean
That is quite a string of Red Equipment. That equipment will make farming so much easier and comfortable. Masey Ferguson has found a great farm to showcase their new equpment.
Kayla, the massie is your house on wheels and its good that it has the bells and whistles on it to make the hours a little easier. Its good that the straw yield is there. Hope you get some rain for the hay and corn.
I wondered when we would see the new set up. I was searching a certain place for a used baler.....seen the name and figured out what would be coming in the videos. Hope all goes well with the new stuff.
Yall should run a squeeze unloading it's amazing how fast it will speed up everything. And I hope that 1842s works good I'm hoping to get ahold of one for next season
We’ve talked with Norden about their new squeeze- it’s definitely something we’ve played around with as a potential change up and added value to our system.
Outstanding! I love watching everything working like a mile relay that I used to run in high school. It was hard but well worth it in the end and I can see how you all work to achieve the desired results.
Get in touch with your States road construction people and get contractors lists who need construction hay for drainage control. Wheat straw great for that.
do you have any idea how many bales went through the old baler hope you all get rain im 60 mi ne kc we are starting to get dry to need a drink love you,re videos glad i dont have to pick those up by hand
Across the creek from Quincy Illinois We are starting to see some rains. It is varying. Too late for some of the corn. Much of it has already tasseled.
@@ChroniclesofKayla I will be the third generation taking over the family farm. We raise beef and I’m getting into the hay market. I try to stay with the weights you bale. But the potential buyer that I’m working with wants 100 lbs pure alfalfa bales for there market.
Can you explain how the bale length effects the grappler and stacking.? You mentioned in the video that Jason wants 32 to 33 inch bales. I could see how a longer or shorter bale would make your bundles not right. What do you do with the bales while you are setting up the baler. Sorry I don’t know about baling hay. I just buy my hay and that seems interesting to me. Thanks
Absolutely!!! I’ll chat about this - This week when we’re baling!!! But more or less we want consistency- for the grabs / tie grabber on trucks being hauled home to the barns being stacked nicely. When you get too long of bales then it throws the stacks off. Causing a mess. Or if they’re too long on the tie grabber it won’t work as well either. They’ll fall out (not a fun time!) but mainly for hauling on Jason’s trailers - so that we are not “over width”
The baler has what’s called a Knotter Fan- - it recycles every 5-10 minutes or so. I’d have to go back and really watch it to be honest. But the new baler has it as well - I’ll watch & report back.
The new tractors don’t use the fuel like the older ones do - and second when you bale every single day for 5-6 months. It’s sometimes about comfort too. - - this tractor also was put on our Large Square Baler - when we buy a tractor it has to severe multiple pieces of equipment. Like the silage chopper & our planter.

All new equipment, you ought to be baling like crazy this summer. Hope the hay fields provides plenty of work.

Great video as always.❤❤❤❤
Kayla, have you ever considered having your cab windows tinted to help block out some of the sun? I always enjoy your hay makeing videos!
I Love that Massey and your doing a Great job and a smart idea on thinking ahead I Love your commentaries and the videos are Awesome
Me too. We’ve always been huge fans of their balers. Obviously. Lol 😂 but I’ve never been so happy to be back in a red tractor.

Frickin awesome good for you guys ! and gals
You’re not the only RUclipsr getting a massy To use.
Ein sehr schönes Video. Wir hatten auch früher Massey Ferguson Trecker und Presse.

Seems like it has rained in Macon and Columbia and missed us in Moberly the last few weeks. Oh well the good Lord knows what our crops need.
Amen - the Lords in control. The weather is something we can’t control no matter what … we haven’t had rain since I really don’t remember when …
@@ChroniclesofKayla I saw earlier this week perhaps Perry got some but I guess missed you all. It will rain again...someday. 😂
Some day … it’ll come.

Good video good to see y'all again
Welcome back!!!
Didn't get to watch the whole video cuz I gotta farm myself 🎉🤠farm on
Have considered making a squeeze for the forklift so stack can be picked up? I’m considering it to speed up unloading.
Did you notice the safety shield on p t o shaft of the new little baler does not turn?
I just bought a 1840 baler. Does yalls get a little louder when crop starts going in? This one makes a pretty hard whop when hay starts going in.
Jason said to check your hay dogs for rubber bumpers!!!

What bale weights do you get? I’m looking at the 1842 and the 1844s
We really like that 42-46 pound weight (or well our clients like that weight the best) -

When do you blown out the fan on the bailer? Looks like straw keeps it blocked..

Bale all the straw that you can this stupid weather you might need it to survive next winter with your cattlemen this fall.
Absolutely- - we did. 2 full barns worth.
You can only use so much DDG‘s to feed livestock
Are you going to sell any of the straw
Yes - - a good portion will be sent out!
@@ChroniclesofKayla thanks
you can keep the BALE VIDEO S RUNNING
Good to know 🤣 there’s a lot coming in the pipelines. If I ever get caught up.

Why you are using too big tractor, when baler can easily run with 50 pto HP. I think its fuel wastage.
