From what I remember, both male and female Hakuno were pretty kooky in Fate/EXTRA. Fem Hakuno was definitely the bigger weirdo of the two though, especially around Emiya. I think it's an interest nod of their differences , in which Hakuno is sillier with Nero and Tamamo , while Hakunon is with EMIYA and Gilgamesh. In a way , it's also a bit natural , "Extella Zero" is the Super Route of Fate/Extra , and more-or-less , had Hakuno having Nero and Tamamo as dual contract.

The one you pick will be available in the FP but don't roll for now. In October, there will be an event which you can obtain the other one and top of it, the one in the FP will have a rates up. Why was the Order Call 3 story deleted? If there is a problem with the license, you can upload the music or video again with a little editing, then they cannot delete it for license reasons. I look forward to the continuation of the story.
It is just gameplay, Lasengle probably just decided to do it this way... There is no big/deep explanation to it and if there is, only Lasengle and Nasu know
