I’ve never seen one either. When I first seen it, I thought it was some sort of cooler. I was blown away when I opened the lid. I’m on the hunt for the bottom roller now. Lots like that’s going to take a while. Thanks for watching.
She is a Beauty. There’s something about the whole Art Deco design really makes me keep hunting for these things. It’s amazing after all these years, they’re still around to enjoy and use. The new stuff made today sucks. Everything is plastic, cheap and doesn’t have the look. Thanks Richard
Me either. At 1st I thought it was a cooler but I was looking through the rest of the pictures, I could see She was a cool look’n top toolbox. I hope I can find Her bottom someday. Thanks for watching.
No way…… it’s so cool to find things that were lost so many years ago. I found a little black velvet bag with jewelry in it tucked away inside a 1929 Philco radio I restored. I never took it to see if it was real or not. Dang it, now I have to find that little bag. It might be real stuff that someone was hiding in their radio during the Great Depression.
She’s is a beauty. I’m still undecided on what to do with Her. I would love to restore Her to brand new original condition but She looks kinda cool like this. So many decisions…..
I’m glad I opened it at the sale. I walked by it because I thought it was some sort of cooler. Imagine my surprise when I flip up the lid. Such a cool look’n box. Thanks for watching Gary.
Yup. I was surprised when I opened this 2 small doors on each side. What a beautiful design. You’re right about how everything now is all square and boring. That’s why I love and use the old stuff. My goal is to have my shop completely 1930’s-50’s Every machine & tools. The only new things will be Me & the light bulbs.
Yup. I didn’t realize how big She was until I went to go check Her out. Beautiful design for sure. Now I’m on a mission to find Her bottom. K-200 🤞🏼 Thanks for watching.
I found Her on OfferUp. It was about a 1.5 hour drive away. Bumper 2 Bumper traffic but She’s worth it. I might sell Her to you someday so I can’t tell you the price but it was somewhere between $40-$1000 😎 Thanks for watching. Much more coming up. If there’s anything you’d like to see get worked on, let me know. I’m taking requests like a DJ at a wedding.
I collect old boxes never seen one like this, great find.

That is a very kool box. The Art Deco design was popular in the 1920s and 30s. Good Luck, Rick

Neat SnapOn box! And that’s real silver money! I recently bought a box at an estate sale for $200, found $120 in rolled coins in one of the drawers.

Super cool tool box, and some interesting treasures inside. Great find good on you.

I wonder if the guy was still paying on it?

“1 more payment and it’s all mine”
