I’ll admit it- I’m a mom directioner. And it hurts my heart when I see even the occasional nasty comment about this young man’s ability to sing. I have a Masters Degree in Music and studied opera at Yale University. I have coached voices of all ages for decades- I started young- and have graduate students with careers in NYC and LA. I believe he has a very beautiful tone to his voice, has an impressive vocal range and is a very expressive singer-which is rare by the way- that is just as good live as he is in the recording studio. I love all his new music and applaud him for going solo. Don’t get me wrong- I love all the voices in 1D, - but I bought tickets for my daughter and I to see HIM in NYC in June- and we live in FLORIDA, so I am literally putting my money where my mouth is. I love Louis voice, and I do know what I’m talking about, believe me.

Tommo The Teaser I wouldn’t say better in terms of vocal abilities tho. But he definitely has the most unique voice out of all of them. His voice can fit a lot of genres that some of the other members would never be able to fit into, which sets him off from the others.

My favourite song so far off this album, it's so raw and pure and it's everything Louis is. This is clearly written from the heart and it shows. Amazing job Lou, nothing but love for this man. So proud of his solo career and I honestly don't mind the fact that the wait was so long if all his songs will be as amazing as the ones released.

My favourite song so far off this album, it's so raw and pure and it's everything Louis is. This is clearly written from the heart and it shows. Amazing job Lou, nothing but love for this man.
