Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

@@Sokar12345 That's because it was tilted backwards. In order to T3 the BFC, it has to still be tilted forwards, otherwise it glitches out when you try to fire it.

From my experience, I had 4 adamantium walls blown up by my friends BFC.
I want to see a spotlight where you go through all the materials in well defended and try them out. You always end up only using the vanilla armour, adamntium, or plastic.

if you ever feel useless, remember that incurus double doored an adamantium door.
I could watch any channel for forts but this guy is chill and has a soothing voice which isnt something u hear from people lol
So here is what happens when you shoot ada with bfc:
1. It will not penetrate, not even with dozens of shot. (It can break off and thus be destroyed if it is not properly secured)
2. Even though ada says it will of deform under stress... it will(try building an air bridge, it doesn't work). And bfc represents a HUGE amount of stress on impact. This means that the structure will wobble/flex
3. A block of pure ada will not deform much within itself, which means when shot by bfc, it will wobble altogether, like jello. This would happen no matter how huge/massive it is, though might be slightly less wobble if large enough.
4. As the ada will move, one way or another, any structure connected to the hit piece/block/section will deform. Depending on their elasticity, they might break. And anything build on them might explode.
5. Any structure in fully enclosed ada armor, even dozens of layer of it, will explode when the shell is hit by bfc, due to the shock that will travel through the whole structure, which will cause the internal stuff to collapse--at least the "outer layer" of the internal stuff, whose structure will absorb the shock.
6. The way to ensure safety with ada is spaced armor--ada, space, your stuff. The outer ada need be pure ada capable of supporting its own structure shape (2x2 boxes being cheapest, 2x1 will fold, anything not purely ada risk the non-ada parts breaking and the shield collapsing from that) The space need to have no significant connection between the shell and your stuff--any connection should be built to fail or directly on the ground to prevent shockwave travel, and then your stuff can be whatever. In theory, a layer or two of wooden struture in place of the empty space will also work fine, as they will be "build to fail" to absorb the shockwave. But they'd serve no purpose so empty space is best.
Obviously, none of this is likely to come to pass in an actual game, as the resource required to build any pure ada structure of significant size makes it rather impossible unless unlimited res is turned on, in which case things would just get silly. And w/o pure ada structure, there will always be weaknesses (like what happened in this video) But... in name of SCIENCE!
I wonder what would happen if you built a base with an Adamantium frame. He used the spacing technique to keep the BFC from collapsing his own base in the past, but would it be possible to use that effect around a whole base instead of a front wall?

How would be to build a whole mobile ada base, then use a pivot point and heavy materials to make an elevator to anything else, maybe even a Bfc

The legs always were a weak spot on those AT-ATs.
I love how when you are attacking, you fortified the legs, and even if a BFC hit the leg, it wouldn't collapse, then when you were defending, they didn't even remotely fortify the leg, essentially allowing the same trick that the Snowspeeders used on the AT-ATs on Hoth used, tripping them up and ruining them.

Not sure about more BFC stuff, but I'd love to see more of this battlefield, or other Star Wars-inspired battlefields. I'd love to see you armor the giant wall in Adamantium.
I'd like to imagine this gun with your newer particle accelerator, being able to better aim it as my initial thought.
Does the BFC even work through portals?
Next time you get to play as the rebels, build the full wall out of adamantium and then wait for all the opponents to leave due to frustration.

Only Incursus would think of making a Tier 3 BFC. As if the weapon wasn't insane enough, turning it into a MASSIVE mortar would be 10 times worse haha
i would like to see some sandbox fun with this map and see if a bfg can take down the wall after it goes full adamantium or even just see how much adamantium is needed to stop the bfg :P
It was satisfying just watching that wall come down. two hits from that cannon is pretty insane.

I've only seen you move your core one time. Why don't you do it more often? It seems really beneficial (better cover and enemy doesn't know where your core is anymore)
Moving the core is extremely beneficial, but in practice, any competent opponent will gain an insurmountable lead.
Mercilessly destroying bases is not what one considers fun...
But, this does put a smile on my face.
The thing is the explosions only hit the front leg of the walker, so conceivably if they had braced the middle of the walker in between the legs I think they actually could have survived

I think a new addition to Tanyas mod should be a napalm mortar, it would be the third upgrade of the normal mortar and would be like the fire mortar except a burning particle stays where it lands for 30 seconds and lights the area around it on fire relentlessly
BTW love the way a couple planks and bolts get PROPELLED halfway across space-time when they get hit apart from the several thousand layers of splinters happening in the BG

i found a way to break adamantium!!!!
if you go to creative and you have well defended and you say low gravity and you make a box of adamantium like one sqare big with an x in it it will start flying around and i played the wall map and the hole wall fell down…
but i also tired it with like a hundred adamantium cables…
but you can also make a slingshot if you make a slingshot form and a box with a anti gravity generater as projektile you can use adamaintium chains to throw things!!

the walkers are an absolute engineering nightmare to fix, the amounts of metal in them are something you can't complain about though
The true destructive force of the BFC is that you dont only obliterate the enemy, you also have the chance of obliterating your self in the process...
