I have a habit of spotting the breakable rocks in the previous version. So right now, I just need to find something that resembles said rocks. Thus I found the glowing flamingos. 🤣
lol I ignored all of them during my run. I had no idea lol. But Jinshi still cleared everything for me with ease anyway. My level 90 S3 R1 Jinshi was far easier to use in the illuslive realm than my levle 90 Zhezhi unfortunately. But I wonder what those hand signs on the character selection screen on Zhezhi and some others indicate. Damage boost? If so Zhezhi still didn't compare to my Jinshi.
I love the Illusive Realm. It's such a fun Rogue-like and making my Changli a super busted, perma critting demon that can spam burst and Forte is awesome! They took the great combat mechanics and amplified them in this.
Including this along with ToA and tactical holograms, Wuwa easily has some of the best endgame content in the entire gaming industry. Love this game for it's smooth, fun and fulfilling combat. It's literally just a gacha DMC. Hoping Kuro collabs with Capcom sometime in the future, preferably during the anniversary. But yeah, I'll just let them keep cooking as they always have, the recognition will come after anyways. Hoping this game makes it even bigger, currently my #1. Also, first.
If only they let us grind out exp or shell credits. Something rather than just the 10 min of gameplay a day of rewards. I want to play the game longer but it’s not as motivating when there’s no rewards behind it 😭 You basically unlock everything after beating illusive realm 1-2 times.
My favorite part is the liminal space set design. 😂 The QoL are extras for me. I hope they go full on post-apocalyptic on future patches. I'd take the creepy liminal swimming pools as a sign. *Also, the lore bits are great!
BEST MODE NGL it's fun as fuck experiencing the characters to they're full potential and even reviving they're clunky kit like taoqi and yuanwhu ans yk what's the best part is? I already cleared all of the content in ilusive but still i wanna play moreeee
I tried using taoqi(all lvl 1, char talent and weapon) in stage 5. Time always run out against boss but she dont care and just facetank the attack from them. Bringing up char and weapon lvl to 80 are nice but with all talents still in lvl 1, the stage is a chore to finish.

Yeah, gave it a few runs last night. Big fan of the changes. Just kinda baffled that they're keeping it as a "Limited" mode and not just having it as a permanent staple mode we can always play. Very fun tho
I think they want it to be an official endgame that refreshes every while like ToA (like not a one time thing) but in longer time with new themes and updates. This is good since the rewards also refresh, but I think the old themes should still be there for newer players to experience. I would be really sad if I tried wuwa on 1.2 and missed the Scar themed Illusive Realm
Awesome video as always! The addition of that one "raise weapon and character level to 80" node is probably the greatest new thing in my opinion. It just let you goof around with any character you might or might not enjoy, regardless of them being built. And that's just what this mode is best for - goofing around and creating stupidly overpowered builds to have fun with. I've gone up to the max level in one sitting, and I can guarantee - this iteration is much more fun than the previous ones!
Kuro didn’t have to but they still did and the new illusive round looks more unique and the dreamless skin feels like it has better animation than without it
Illusive Realm was already my favorite mode and now it's more fun than ever. Even after I clear the shop I'll be hopping in for more runs just for fun.
It gonna be more and more fun if Kuro keep upgrade this gamemode every patch. Dreamless boss in this mode has like 3,4 more move compare to normal dreamless or even story dreamless( yes the dreamless u fight in the story has more move than usual ) , with this , i can see a hologram dreamless in the near future .
I actually think the destrucable rock is more noticable than the flamingo. Even though it's glowing but it is also kind of blending in to the environment. Adding the runes/symbol onto it would be more visible and also like a signal to the players

The thumbnail is wrong. "devs are listening" is an insult to kuro since they have always been listening. The thumbnail only works with genshin since they impossibly would never can. Hence the "Genshin could never" thing came from. That's why it would be more groundbreaking if the game you're talking about is genshin with that kind of thumbnail.
It doesnt necessarily imply they werent listening in first place. It could be he's just happy that they keep consistent on listening to players' feedbacks. Also that "Genshin could never" meme died a week ago when Natlan livestream aired.
I thought Scar and Dreamless are the only problem but mf the MONKEY AT THE START is the real problem, i died multiple times because of his goofy aah moveset (especially if your memetic tuning is max) but i like how they changes the companion, they’re more useful now, they can use liberation, intro/outro skill and lastly the thing that i noticed is they do also use the forte upgrade, example : my verina last forte upgrade will save you from deadly hit, she use that in Illusive Realm too if you have her as a companion which is super helpful.

I need another endgame mode thats like in between illusive realm and toa. Toa is really about gear check whereas illusive realm doesn't care about your gear that much. So like a mode where you still get the satisfaction of the time invested into building your characters and also one that forces you to use some skill too
I did a clear with Danjin after unlocking the Level 80 node on the skill tree, and after playing it safe the first time around, I immediately went back to clear it with an unga-bunga build with Mortefi and Sanhua and had way more fun. Love this mode.
I've built 3 good teams that can clear any content, and this event was also pretty good, but really easy. I'd like some infinite content, like a tower with some rewards for levels that keep increasing in difficulty
for the record, I used to avoid the Illusive Realms, but now that I've gone back to try playing it after the patch, I'm happy to say I'm getting use to it and understanding some of the mechanics. I had a hard time, kind of, comprehending things... but it felt like they made things easier in terms of how battles work and etc. i'm playing in potato setup, and somehow, the optimization for the game seems smoother.
i finished all stages available and bought everything from the store, i cant wait for the 2nd phase, illusive realm is so much fun esp for non meta players like me 😂 i also wish they made standard 5 star characters playable in this mode

Changli with Dreamless Echo Build is busted. Her kit of double damage in resonance skill, her being immune to damage when casting resonance is easily way too OP. Not to mention the electro artifact that lets you do two special skill.use the double dreamless, Fill her forte gauge after, then proc it then cast her special which fills the forte then proc it again before using her special which will then fill up again her forte then proc it again. By that time doible dreamless is available already. Trust me, melts bosses like butter.
Heron has a new moveset in this game mode I hate the boss as much as I hate Aix but ngl it flying up circling over the arena just to hawk dive you is cool, can't be parried but Lumiscale,Cyan/Purple can parry it since it's a red flash attack
i do sometimes on max risk for the drop rate, i know im being greedy but can they add more credit or talent mats in the prize next patch. because man.... as i clear the shop its nothing to do anymore and its not that long to clear the shop like 2 hour sitting and done. i might tempted to buy BP just for resource honestly 😂
they should make it possible to choose any echo at the start - it is annoying to keep restarting the challenge to get the desired echo and just wastes time

Compared to other gachas roguelike mode, for example Snowbreak it feels like a chore and I cant immerse myself in playing it cuz per runs the points collected and time needed to clear one doesn't feel rewarding at all, i dunno if wuwa's illusive realm show you how long u played inside the mode but the fact that I haven't notice how long it took to clear a stage per run is good cuz it means its immersive plus you can earn more points easily if you put more debuffs, it really feels like a dream by the time i noticed i already cleared/claimed all the reward and just waiting for difficulty 6 to open...
We need a co-op game. Hide and seek - They can hide and transform into echo. Aggro other echo to attack seeker at the same time they can attack players. If they didn't die and low health in echo form, they can turn to human and run away. If they die, the turn to human and stun for 3 sec. To win hider need to kill the seeker while in echo form reducing their health to 0 or time runs out without getting caught. Hider can turn invisible for 3 sec with cooldown. Hider in human form run slower than normal. Seeker need to capture all hider within time limit without dying. Seeker have ability to disrupt hider in echo form with cooldown include player in the air which will stun them for 1 sec, this is whole map area of effect. All player in the air will drop down to the ground. Seeker can ping for location of hider in 1 sec with cooldown. Seeker can use burst their speed for 5 sec with cooldown.

This event is great, but after a few hours it gets pretty repetitive. I wish it had a bit more variety in the skill tree, stages and difficulty. Overall though, one if not the best event I've ever played in a gacha.

Isn't that the upgrade from the nodes in illusive realm itself? The one which revives you when you die or am I misremembering things

Seeker have ability to disrupt hider in echo form with cooldown include player in the air which will stun them for 1 sec, this is whole map area of effect. All player in the air will drop down to the ground.
Seeker can ping for location of hider in 1 sec with cooldown.
Seeker can use burst their speed for 5 sec with cooldown.

The dodge minigame and freeze time on dodge ability don't go well together xD They need to freeze the counter too or something...

This event is great, but after a few hours it gets pretty repetitive. I wish it had a bit more variety in the skill tree, stages and difficulty. Overall though, one if not the best event I've ever played in a gacha.

I like what they did with it but..still feels overall the same as before and its disgusting that its time limited..there is literally no reason for it being time-limited.
