@Elden Ringer Well this is probably before she is able to do that though since previously she could have made contact with Cid in Lindwurm since they met in a dark alley. They could have made contact in the hot spring and for such a long time she usually has the slimes for help with clothing and just because she is good at manipulating the slime doesn't mean she can do that just yet. It has only been stated before that she is good at manipulating magic to control the slimes but that doesn't mean she has mastered changing the texture of the slime into human skin. The only time the whole texture was mentioned is during chapter 44 of the manga saying that the texture adjustment is wonderful while the previous chapters just has her covering it with clothes would imply texture manipulation on slime wasn't complete yet. She is most likely still experimenting with the slimes as shown during one of her matches in Lindwurm during chapter 16 of the manga I think against someone and she got angry whether they saw her body or not after she got slashed rather than showing us that normal skin is made out of slime she genuinely got angry whether people have seen her body or not. Also please note that most of her clothing blocks the human skin that is made out of slime so it would make sense that she didn't master how to master the texture of the slime into human skin yet.

Fyi Epsilon did envelop her entire body with slime so even naked she can still maintain her modified sizes as well as her skin color. So I guess in this skit she's not confident enough nor ready to do that that's why she's scared? We'll never know
