I've been a fan of this band for a really long time. I sorta forgot about them there for a while when they disappeared, but I've been going through a series of live videos tonight and they are just incredible onstage. I would love to see them live.
I’ve seen Jon Spencer Blues X and they were incredible. That being said, I would sell one of my legs to see Doo Rag from back in the day. I’ve seen Bob Log III like 4 times but man I’ve only heard stories about how insane a Doo Rag show was.
They rock hardddd...I seen them a number of times but be warned do not see them in a place where you can raise your hands up and touch the ceiling(loung Ax chicago) it was awesome but could not hear for a week ..my friend said his DNA changed during the show
Fuck's sake, I missed the Blues Explosion at a venue intimate enough that last time I played, I was behind a drumkit talking to the audience without a microphone. Not the mentioned Fucked Up. I'm always checking for shows at the wrong time.
@@prettynoose8497 False. Hives has been around since 89. JSBX started in 91. That said, I am not arguing one is better than the other. I like them both.
Jon Spencer's the undisputed king of the "sing like you mean it" thing.
Jon Spencer is like an Elvis from hell on ecstasy
And sexy as hell!
.......ha!
HIs heart is broken so he's going to hell
No is just society in hell.
Always blazing JSBX. The best.
I saw this band several times. My first was in a club the size of an office waiting room. I had a smile plastered on my face throughout. Pure fun.
They blew the doors off that place - everyone left pregnant. Everyone!
+boatbutter I got pregnant watching it in my office.
boatbutter ace
The Blues are Number One!
It will allways be! RIP amazing band!

Do yourself a favor and go... best live band ever.
They are fucking fantastic live! They are soooooooo fucking loud, which was fucking AWESOME!
Loudest concert I ever went to. Durag opened for them and I am still rock overdosed. Brilliant.

Bluuuuuuuuueeeeeeessssssss. Explooooooooosioooooon!
My favorite part was the theremin solo!
In this performance Jon Spencer looks like Jimmy Fallon fell into a vat of acid and became a Batman villain.
FUCK YEAH
Pretty Cool Stuff
Yeah 1 great band....🐴
Is that a thermin he played? I wonder . . .
yep
Sloan Skylar
They're all about the theremin.
La cara de Jon Spencer a los 2:40 cuando arranca el batero. Jaja.
How is it that I have never heard of these guys?
+Chris J cuz your millennial……these guys were from the 90s
ok, wait, this is like the opening of cowboy bebop, alot
Slowly morphing into Eric Roberts
is it wrong i think of southern culture on the skids?
Mosh!
Did Jon get a face lift?
Fucking awesome tune! Couldda done w/o the theremin, tho'.
Poor man's Hives I think.
Lol. The Hives are shite and not even fit to be a JSBX support act
+monkeygonetoheavensi I like some of The Hives albums, but agreed. This band is so underated
They were around well before the Hives. And far better too!
Now that's funny.
