Another new low for MOH.... first after 20 years of succes they announce a rawstyle stage.. and now a rawstyle track in the aftermovie. What's next? Rawstyle EP's released on MOH label? can't wait! pathetic... Respect to Outblast though
g0ld3nchee5e its not about the brutality or intensity man. you need to understand that. nobody's saying that raw is puny or sounds weak. just hardcore fans want worlds biggest indoor hardcore event to stay for hardcore only. raw has stage at almost all fest and events now so its not necessary to push it everywhere. Hardcore has that old feeling with distortions and melodies that the fine tuned raw screeches and sub bass backed hollow kicks can't give. if it was an all harder styles event, nobody woulda said anything, but this is "Masters Of HARDCORE". its right in the name.
I think you're overreacting. If it's Masters of HARDCORE only, there shouldn't be frenchcore, terror, speedcore, because that's also not real hardcore. But when you see all those as part of hardcore, rawstyle can just as well be included as a part of hardcore. You know, hardcore exists for 25 years already, and it never stayed the same for long, every few years it's a different style, and at any point there were multiple subgenres and/or crossovers. Hardcore always tried to be different and non-mainstream, yet every time it became mainstream by being different. That's the circle that goes round and round every few years. And i think that's awesome.
