Hawaii Cacao & Chocolate Association - 2019 Conference

This year's Hawaii Cacao & Chocolate Association (HCCA) conference was held in Lahaina, Maui at the Ku'ia Estate Cacao Farm and Chocolate Factory. Hear interviews from a wide ranging group of participants from many different cacao and chocolate backgrounds! Listen as they get hands on experience on Maui's largest cacao farm. We also got a tour of the quasi-complete Ku'ia Chocolate Factory - only minutes from the farm. Here we learned about various chocolate machines and heard presentations from experts in the industry.
