According to the 1994 constitution, its clear De Clerk's funeral falls under State funeral category 2 and failure to observe this is a breach of the Constitution, unless it considers only blacks otherwise his death should've been a symbol of national reconciliation and the likes of Malema should look at a bigger picture of SA rather than an ideology of a political party.
