Tops and Spyderco, Bussee and Esse and kabar of course... a lot of good brands out there. I have a busse that ive had since my 4th tour and that INfI steel is no joke! A friend of mine has the Spyderco h1 warrior which might be the toughest fighting knife ever designed...busse comes close. Tops used 1095 crovan just like kabar and the street scalpel is my favorite EDC i cannot recoomend it enough! And the Tom Brown Tracker.series.is.a fantastic jack of all trades
At 0:57. That's the new UltreX SureTouch from Norplex. Somebody has to test this stuff. I'm glad TOPS is doing it. It looks like nice handle material. I didn't realize it had a rubber feel, though. I bet it works good. I recently tried the new UltreX cotton/paper G10. It's supposed to take a high polish but I'm still working with it. Great upload!
Bob Wampler - It depends how hard you hit it on something like if the bad guy has armor on and you hit that hard your fingers will slide onto the blade.

That is awesome that they are making it an option with the night spike to keep or remove the sharpened spine. I like throwing halfspins and being able to use my index on the spine to manipulate the spin speed is a must!!!
I wish TOPS would put out some versions featuring higher quality steels. A Tom Brown Tracker in cpm-Cruwear, a Tex Creek or BOB Hunter in M4, etc. in 2020, where most respected knife companies are using stuff like s30v as their base steel, it’s hard to justify paying $200+ for a knife in 1095 or 154cm.
I love TOPS knives...I love 1095 and 154CM as well but I have to agree..I felt the same with ESEE..don’t get me wrong,I love ESEE knives but it’s time to start jumping into the higher grade steel we are getting from a lot of their competition..I got excited when they recently announced they are releasing the ESEE 3 in S35VN...that shows they are atleast considering other steel options..I would love to see the ESEE 4,ESEE 6,Junglas and Junglas 2 in 3V,O1 and A2 ..a S35VN Izula,Izula 2 and Candiru would be nice as well..maybe M390..there is so many great steel options out here to put nothing but 1095 and 154CM in all your “premium knives”
Tops has always been overpriced for the cheap steel they use. I get why they use 1095 in most of their knives, but that is a very inexpensive and readily available steel. You end up paying more for the name, which I'm not into. I tend to stick to higher quality steels for the prices Tops go for.

Slingshots have to be able to take Theraband Gold flat bands, same stuff every other real slingshot uses. (Simple Shot Sling Shot ) you will sell 4x as many. Most professional slingshots can take both flat and round bands.
Hi guys hope you all are safe always! I am so looking forward to seeing a line of knives that are serrated. Why? Because I am sure like others would enjoy more serrated knives. I enjoy serrated knives of different types like the Bailout from Benchmade. They offer that EDC knife in regular as well as serrated. So please Tops I own the Cat and the Saw. I would like to see the Cat in a serrated version. Another point is the sheath that comes with the knives I own from you guys is kind of uncomfortable. Thank you!
Awesome job Tops! I hope some of these will be in something other than 1095! At least use 154 cm. I also like the bigger, rounder handles... love my Anniversary tex creek. Please do not sweep the tip back more on the senoran it is good the way showed here.

The Sonora would be better if it had a slightly smaller blade. The handle to blade ratio is off a little bit. Curious why it has that whispy point that swoops up. Turned down like a clam knife is a lot more useful as less torque is applied to the tip when working wood.
Throw the new grips in the oven, under a heat lamp with some humidity (water spraying fan or something), put them in the freezer, put them in a cooler of ice water. Let's get the testing boys!

I’m going out a limb but the Night Spike in addition to being a throwing knife would be an excellent tactical knife.
I'd prefer it in that case to have at least a small guard
