Thanks for asking. Actually there is no particular list of universities who accept late arrivals. But if you have already offer letter from any university then you can ask the university directly whether they will accept deferment or not. Usually they accept this condition. But you need to email and ask the International admission office about this. Because it's totally depend upon the university. Note: if you late arrival is happening due to delay of your visa, then most of the universities will definitely consider your situation.

The documents that you need usually 1- school leaving certificate 2-transcript from your previous education(10th and 12th) 3- at least B2 level german language certificate. 4- copy of your passport 5- cv 6- aps certificate May be you have to submit other documents also you have to check the university requirements for that. 😇
