Identifying a trend reversal by nature is the process of selling in strength or buying in weakness. Look for column reversals in top scoring patterns when the breadth is in overbought territory or there is a sign of exhaustion. In general, I would recommend avoiding this practice. The bearish trend reversal strategy can be applied to stocks that move below zero and the bullish trend reversal strategy can be applied to stocks that move above zero. Regards, Prashant
Thanks, super explanation but I am just wondering why BANDHAN BANK is in the Bullish Momentum FnO list, it's still trading below all the standard MA in any system Ex: Renko, PnF, or Ratio, could you please check. I may be wrong.
Bullish momentum groups are calculated differently (not based on the P&F Matrix). We don't look at moving averages in momentum to capture trend reversal candidates in strong momentum. In the case of momentum stocks, the criteria for medium to long-term trends are not applicable.
Nice video sir, small request would be great you could build tool which identify stocks based on NSE strategy indices since those indices re balance quarterly or 6 month but I want to do same monthly. Thanks
