    Hi anh Thach, can you please make a quick video or reel about what type of finishes you would do for a fix and flip? You’ve done a lot of finishes for rentals but not for fix and flips. I think it would be a good video!

      @@bowang8747 Hire a land surveyor. They will survey the property and do a legal subdivision

      I think he got it appraised and the appraisal came back as a 40k net negative because he mentions how he is going to hold on to the two properties. So I think he remodeled then refinanced money back out and built the townhouses on the same lot.

    Awesome! On the first property he showed (where he is down 40k) It’s an excellent example of risk reward. In this case its about damage-control, it’s well executed. Would’ve have liked if he considered house-hacking it, or abnb or section 8 the property and if not why not, really curious

    If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you...prevent inflation

      People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

      Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

    Can you please make video on house ages. Is it okay to buy a house older than 150 years old? I am always scared that once a house is too old it might fall apart one day. (When is a house considered too old in age?)

      I agree, based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $650k in a well diversified portfolio, that has experienced exponential growth. It is not about having money to invest in stocks,but also you need to be knowledgeable, persistent,and have strong hands to back it up.
