Isn't it beautiful that we have normalized relaxation and love sharing via RUclips? ~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.

~Make sure you are cool enough. It is proved that when too hot, you are more likely to have nightmares.
~Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind about anything and bring out the more positive things before bed.
~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax.
~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.
~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep.

I swear I've been watching your videos for 3 years ever since my daughter said dad if your having issues sleeping try asmr and I was like yeah ok that won't do anything 3 to 5 min in I was out like a light! Thank you so much for everything. Your by far the best ASMR Artist out there!! I wish there was a store where you guys could work at and we could come in and have ASMR done to us I would pay great money for that!!
