Nope did not have that problem. Maybe others have it because they're moving and playing the phone while it's charging that can cause to loosen the USB charging port.

Very Comfortable and smooth performance it's very fast too No overheating issues thanks to Qualcomm snapdragon 778G CPU chipset. Only issue is the speaker it doesn't sound so crisp as B4 because it is aging.
